Villa Description

Villa Sofia is a 5 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom / villa set only 15 mins walk from San Antonio and 5 mins walk from the beautiful beach of Cala Gracio. The villa is modern and fully equipped with all you need for a perfect stay in Ibiza. The bedrooms are spacious, the furniture is modern and decorated to a high standard. The outside areas are definitely a highlight with private pool, outdoor BBQ and Kitchen and large roof top sun set terrace.The villa has air conditioning throughout (see below) and also WiFi. This villa is ideal for anybody wanting the luxury of a private villa yet be within walking distance to all of the attractions San Antonio has to offer.

Everything you need in San Antonio is within walking distance so need for taxis or car hire.

Inside the Villa

On the ground floor you will find one of the bedrooms, a toilet, a very modern and well equipped kitchen and utility room with dishwasher / washing machine /oven&hob / fridge/freezer / microwave / kettle etc). The lounge area is modern and spacious with plenty of sofa seating (including large 'L' shaped - perfect for escaping the hot sun and relaxing. On the second floor you can find the remaining four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small balcony and the stairs leading to the roof terrace. All windows have black out shutters, not only good for security but also to keep the sun out when you want to sleep!

In order to keep the cost of renting this villa as low as possible if air conditioning is required we ask for a small supplement.

Outside Area

The villa is very private and you can enter either through the large gate (space for 2 cars) or via the smaller entrance with intercom. There are several small garden areas which lead to the private pool (with outdoor shower) and sunbathing area. There is also a fantastic outdoor kitchen with fridge/freezer / BBQ / and cooker - ideal for outdoor eating. From the second floor you have a smaller private balcony and on the roof you have table and chairs perfect for relaxing, having a drink and watching the magical Ibiza sunset.

Surroundings

Within 15 minutes you have numerous shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. For those in search of the nightlife only a 15 min walk takes you to the west end and to the fantastic sunset strip with Cafe Mambo and Cafe del Mar. Whats more you have the beautiful beach of Cala Gracio only a 5minute walk away.

15 Min walk: - the start of San Antonio with many shops, restaurants, bars, supermarket and beaches.

15 Min drive: - Amnesia / Privilege / San Jose

20-25 Min drive: - Ushuaia, Space, Playa den Bossa, Ibiza Town, Pacha and the airport

Cots and highchairs can be provided free of charge and you can also find a safe, washing machine, iron and hairdryer. UK TV channels will be Freeview

In order to keep the cost of the villa as low as possible we ask that if Aircon is required a small in resort supplement of 100€ is to be paid on arrival

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nick (the owner) a message.

If Nick (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
