The property sits in its own garden, and has a private pool, chill out area, and outside BBQ area. Guests staying here can enjoy relaxing around the pool, or a spot of al fresco dining. The villa is just 2KM away from the resort of San Antonio. San Antonio has a fabulous selection of bars, and every type of restaurant imagineable. Its also home to the famous set -set srtip, hosting Cafe Del Mar, Savanahs and Mambo. San Antonio is also home to 2 of the islands biggest clubs Eden and Es Paradis. If you prefer to take it easy whilst away Ibiza town and its wonderful habour is only 20 mins drive, along with such striking beaches as Cala Bassa, Cala Moli and Cala Conta.

The Ibiza region

The villa is located just outside the San Antonio Bay area of Ibiza. The nearest beach is just 2 km away. Its a detatched property set in a rural area. Ibiza enjoys a mild climate all year round, however July and August are considered the hottest, and most lively months.

San Antonio area

San Antonio Bay, has a full selection of shops, bars and restaurants, some thing to suit every ones tastes from 8 to 80!! The neighbouring resort of San Antonio has something to offer every one, be it lively night life, relaxation, jet ski, diving, horse riding, sailing, paint balling, catching the sun set, or relaxing and watching the world go by in one of the harbour's many cafes or restaurants.

They are many choices of flight to Ibiza, the most economical air lines traveeling to Ibiza are Easy Jet, BMI Baby , Monarch,and Thomson Fly

The villa has a large garden which has an outside BBQ and dining area. It also has a chill out area, inwhich you can escape the sun, and sit back and relax. It also boast a private swimming pool, and sun bathing area, with sun lounges. On the second floor is a large terrace, complete with additional dining area, and sun lounges

Conditions

The villa is only available from Saturday to Saturday during July and August, during these months a minimum of 1 weeks stay is required. May, June, September and October shorter stays, and any day change over days are considered.

The villa is available from 3pm on the day of your arrival, and we ask you to leave at 12 noon on the day of your departure.

In order to secure your booking we ask that you pay a 500 euro/357 pounds security deposit. The deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay should no breakages or damage occur. The actual rental charge is due no later than one month before you are due to arrive in Ibiza.
