The Ibiza region

San Antonio area

San Antonio Town is the liveliest resort on the island and buzzes with activity, which is non-stop from June to September. There's are three beaches in San An and plenty more can be reached by water taxi or ferry. Out of season the resort is much less noisy and appeals to a broader range of people as a lively spot, when other resorts are quiet. 20km west of Ibiza Town

Skiing Scuba Diving Wind Surfing and Boat hire are all available close to the apartment

The exclusive apartment above cafe del mar is situated between Savannah beach bar and Cafe Mambo. A broadwalk constructed in 2007 provides easy access to harbour the beach and the pool bars.

The spacious apartment is on the third floor where access is provided either by elevator or stairs.

The accommodation has a 1.9 metre sky dish ensuring good reception

Check out is Noon on day of departure Check In is 3pm without prior agreement. I can be flexible but this will depend on flight arrival time of next client and availability of housekeeping staff to prepare apartment to high standard for next occupant..

30% deposit available at time of booking. Rest of balance to be paid 12 weeks prior to arrival. If reservation made within 12 weeks of arrival full balance to be paid at time of booking. £350 refundable security deposit to
be paid 4 weeks before arrival.

29 to 56 days before arrival date – 25% of rental refunded
14 to 28 days before arrival date – 10% of rental refunded
