This spacious 3 bedroom penthouse apartment is perfectly situated on the best sunset spot on the Island, next to the famous beach bar/restaurant 'Kumarahs'. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, looking directly out to the sea with uninterrupted views. Boasting a huge living room, the apartment is immaculately presented and furnished to a high standard giving you the ideal holiday apartment. It has a large (18M2) sun terrace with huge sun sofa, ideal for those lazy afternoons as well as dining facilities on the terrace. There is also a shared pool exclusive to residents. This local area has all you need for a perfect beach holiday, shops, bars, restaurants, water park and as well as being within walking distance from San Antonio and all it has to offer. No car hire necessary.

“Great location, very clean with a high standard of decor and an excellent viewing point of the sunsets.” Myself and a friend stayed at this penthouse property for 2 weeks at the begining of the summer season. We were very happy with many elements of our stay there. The interior of the property is finished to a high standard, and the all important air condition was very efficient an effective. The kitchen was finished to a very high standard and was well equipt with all modern utilities. The property boasts a huge roof terrace that has excellent views of the famous Ibizan sunsets, which made a perfect spot for lunches and dinners in the evenings. Additionally the property was part of a small complex that had shared pool which was always clean and in our stay was never too busy. Surrounding the property are all amenities you would need, and it takes around 5-10 minutes to get to central San Antonio. The location of the property is also with in close approximity to many beautiful beaches that can be found further round the bay heading towards calla bassa. Overall we found our stay very comfortable and enjoyable and would recommend this property to others.
