The apartment is located just five minutes' walk from the beach and just 10 minutes walking to San Antonio center.
With one double and two twin bedrooms, the apartment is ideal for families, couples and friends, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
Private terrace on top with stunning sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. BBQ, Sunbeds and portable speakears for Iphone/Galaxy.
There is a supermarket on the corner of the apartment. Open Monday to Sunday from 7a.m till 10p.m and many restaurants near the zone. (Thai restaurants, pizza hut, burguer king) and just 5min. walking to the ocean beach club with a great swimming - pool.

The island is well known for its summer club parties which attract large numbers of tourists, but the island and the Spanish Tourist Office have been working to promote more family-oriented tourism. Noted clubs include Space, Privilege, Amnesia, Ushuaïa, DC10, Eden, and Es Paradis. Ibiza is also home to the legendary "port" in Ibiza Town, a popular stop for many tourists and now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Ibiza is considered a popular tourist destination, especially due to its legendary and at times riotous nightlife centred around two areas: Ibiza Town, the island's capital on the southern shore and Sant Antoni to the West.[1] Well-known nightclubs are Privilege, Amnesia, Space, Pacha, Eden, Es Paradís, Underground, Gala Night and DC10.[1] During the summer, the top producers and DJs in dance come to the island and play at the various clubs, in between touring to other international destinations. Some of the most famous DJs run their own weekly nights around the island. Many of these DJs use Ibiza as an outlet for presenting new songs within the house, trance and techno genres of electronic dance music.
Since 2005 live music event Ibiza Rocks has helped to redefine the Ibiza party landscape. Bands such as Arctic Monkeys, Kasabian, The Prodigy and the Kaiser Chiefs have played in the courtyard of the Ibiza Rocks Hotel. For the last 3 years the UK's BBC Radio 1 has focused its Ibiza Weekend[17] broadcast from the venue and as a result the island is now seen as a more diverse place.
The San Antonio area
S'Arenal beach and Es Puetó beach are just 500meters from the apartment. You can find restaurants,cocktail bars,ski water jets and the two famous discos: Es Paradis and Eden.
Bahia the San Antonio it's on the opposite side of the San Antonio and it's more family based. Very young people normally stays in San Antonio center which is just 15 minuts walking from the apartment.
Have you tried scuba diving? There are several Scuba Diving schools in Ibiza and 2 are in San Antonio and we can arrange you special prices if you rent our apartment, from open water courses till advanced, nitrox...
The best sunset bars on the island are maximum 10/15 minutes from the apartment: Cafe del Mar, Mambo, Savanah, Kumharas where you can enjoy amazing sunsets and pre-parties for the main discos (and get ticket discounts).
"Ocean Club Ibiza" it's the new beach club in Ibiza and it's just 10 minute waling from the apartment and "Ibiza Rocks The Bar" or "Itaca" is on the way to San Antonio.

On arrival, we were met outside the apartment by the owner who had just been to the shop to purchase us some fresh water and other fresh comforts for our arrival. He gave us a very friendly welcome, showed us around the apartment and pointed out all local amenities on a map and assured us to contact him if any issues arose. The apartment was in pristine condition. It really is as great as it looks in the pictures and is even more spacious. Sometimes, pictures can be deceiving but don't worry about the space here. It is perfect. Everything mentioned in the listing was there. In addition, we did not have to buy any household cleaning products etc as these were all supplied. There is a balcony with table and chairs but the real gem is the private roof terrace belonging to this apartment. It is huge and it affords great views of the hills outside San Antonio as well plenty of sunbathing space if you don't fancy hitting the beach. The nearest beach is about a 5 min walk away. It is quite small but is clean and has sun loungers for hire plus some restaurants and shops right beside it. There are plenty of other beaches in the surrounding area too. The apartment was perfectly located for us, just outside central San Antonio. You're away from the hustle and bustle but within an easy walk of all the clubs, bars, restaurants, harbour etc. The supermarket is under one minute away and was always well stocked with essentials and fresh fruit, veg and bread when we needed it. We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment for a week in September and were delighted with our choice of property. Firstly, the apartment looks exactly as depicted in the photos and it has obviously been well maintained by the owners. As a young couple with a 2 year old little boy, the apartment suited us down to a tee. There was a cot and high chair made available and it's always nice to be able to stay somewhere that allows you and the little'un your own rooms! The apartment was very clean, nice and spacious and very well equipped, with aircon, TDT Satellite, playstation and wifi access. The kitchen was great and a pleasure to cook in and had everything that we needed (including microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine). As far as location goes, it's perfect. Literally a 10 minute walk and you are in San Antonio. There are about 4 mini supermarkets along this walk alone ( the nearest just on the next small street along). If you want to do a slightly bigger shop there is an Eroski Supermarket about a 2 minute drive away. Chema was extremely helpful, gave us some great recommendations for places to eat out (Marina Playa Restaurant for their pizzas is a MUST!) and nothing was too much trouble. All in all a fantastic holiday! We cannot recommend this apartment enough and will definitely be coming back again next year! |
