This wonderful recently built villa is home to our family of four and is located in a quiet outskirt area of San Antonio called Ses Paisses. It is a residential area of houses and two storey buildings away from the noise and hussle of the summer season...but only a few minutes away from it if that's what you're looking for! With easy access to main roads, only 10 minutes away by car you will find some of the most amazing beaches, like Cala Conta, Cala Bassa, Punta Galera... Less than 500m away you can find supermarkets, a farmacy, gas station and also a couple of children's parks.
It is an independent house with a private pool and garden. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living and dining room and also a second larger living room which is always cool in summer. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc, also has washer and dryer. Sheets and towels are included in the rental price.
The master bedroom has a large double bed and walk in closet that leads to the bathroom, the wooden floors and ceiling give this bedroom a great homely feel.
The Children's room has a great comic mural that decorates one of the walls. It has a double bed and a top single bed. This home made bunk and children's books and toys, adds to his bedroom a great playing area if travelling with children.
The third bedroom has three single beds and wooden floors.
In the large living room there is a big flatscreen TV with DVD player and USB input, there is another TV in one of the bedrooms and a great stereo with input jack for your mp3 devices. And of course, high speed WI-FI internet connection all around!
Our beautiful garden is like a little oasis in the scorching summer heat, full of plants and lush green trees, including our own lemon tree for those slices in your ice cold cola or gin tonic. Our two curious bunnies Pichu and Rex roam freely in the garden and are always up for a cracker or piece of fruit. Also, you can enjoy the trampoline for a bit of high jumping fun.
Besides the greenery, there is the swimming pool that has a large shallow end and the outdoor jacuzzi just beside the pool, super for a relaxing dip in the evenings, mornings...at all times really! The barbequeue area has a large grill, you can use with fire wood or charcoal.
Private covered parking with room for 2 cars gives you ease of mind regarding your vehicles.
Great for families with children, groups of friends or for a romantic getaway.
Also close to the most popular nightclubs. Ideal location for those looking for both fun and tranquility.
Whether you want some quiet time by the pool and garden or are eager to discover the island's nightlife; this villa is ideal for your vacation.

There is a 2 car garage, so no parking worries for your vehicles. San Antonio is about a half hour walking distance, and there is a bus line that passes close to the house (about 10 minute walk), although you could rely on public transport and taxis, I highly recommend hiring your own car or moped to move around the island.

We require a 20% downpayment to secure the booking, payable by bank transfer.
A refundable security deposit of 500 euro or 400 pounds is also required on arrival, which will be refunded upon departure provided the apartment is left in a clean condition with no damage or breakages.
The remaining amount (80%) and the damage deposit will be payed in cash upon arrival
The Ibiza region
Famous for its hippies and nightlife, cosmopolitan Ibiza is the summer party capital of the world, with spectacular clubs and world famous DJs. Ibiza has more to offer though than just its nightlife, there are over 80 beaches and clear blue sea, stunning landscapes, pretty villages and an amazing history.
Ibiza Town, a short distance away, is a truly amazing place, steeped in history with the Dalt Villa, a UNESCO world heritage site looking down. There are designer shops, international restaurants, endless bars and a colourful gay scene.
The San Antonio / Ses Paisses area
San Antonio is the second-largest town and municipality in Ibiza.b For two thousand years, Sant Antoni was a small fishing village but it began to grow in the late 1950s when many hotels and tourist resorts were built as part of a mass tourism initiative which took place across Spain. In the mid 1990s Ibiza gained it's reputation - particularly in Britain - as having the best night clubs and DJs in the world. Young British clubbers make up the vast majority of visitors to the area, but many families also choose San Antonio as their vacation place, looking for the beautiful beaches as well as the laid-back Ibiza lifestyle.

The place is ideal, really homely and welcoming. If you need a place to retreat from the bright lights of Ibiza then there is no better place to escape it all with whoever you're with. Useful shop close by with plenty to choose from. Lovely rabbits, good pool, great hot tub, brilliant BBQ and perfect sun terrace for the end of the days.
