The Gran Canaria region
Gran Canaria is called ''a continent in minature'' for the extremes in landscape and climate that may be found here. Everything from the wild west canyons, to idyllic pine forests, to sahara like dunes. You may even see a dusting of snow on the Pico de las Nieves, but the south of the island will still be wallowing in sun! Gran Canaria ia also the most well endowed of the islands for culture and history. In Las Palmas it has the most dynamic city of the Canary Islands, Maspalomas is one of the largest resort complexes in Europe and the inland scenery is grand beyond comparison. The island beaches are the most beautiful, ranging from the sand dunes of Maspalomas to the crushed sea shells of Amadores. With its abundance of variety there is something for everyone, history, culture, beaches, nightlife, good food, relaxation and year round sunshine!
San Agustin area
Although this was the first beach resort in the south of the island it has remained the most restrained. With its own commercial centre and dark sandy beach it is self contained and ideal for a relaxing break. The 2km of beach is well protected and ideal for families, snorkelling and diving. The Commercial Centre contains bars and restaurants for an evening out just a short stroll from the villa. Otherwise a short taxi ride away are the neighbouring resorts of Playa Del Ingles and Maspalomas with their many commercial centres ideal for shopping, restaurants and excellent night life. Nearby is the infamous Sioux City, home of the spaghetti westerns, where you can enjoy the wild west show and BBQ evening. Or dine in style at Garbos Dinner Show for that special night out. The largest waterpark in the Canary Islands can be found a taxi ride away for a day of fun and sun. San Agustin is the ideal base for the holiday of your choice!!
How to get there
Fly to Las Palmas airport and then it is approximately 25 mins drive to San Agustin. Thomsonfly.com is a particularly well priced flight company. There are regular buses from the airport and taxis available. Hire cars are available to book in the airport and directions can be provided. If required a private transfer is available direct to the Villa.

Further details indoors: The Villa has been decorated Ibiza style, hence the name, giving it an original flavour and style all of its own. With its very large terrace, comfortable sofas and stunning views it makes an ideal spot to enjoy a relaxing glass or two of sangria whilst watching the sun set. The interior of the villa is on 2 levels. Downstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, one with a connecting single bedroom. Also a large bathroom with a jacuzzi bath made to share! Upstairs is the 3rd double bedroom and a further bathroom with shower. The kitchen is galley style and fully fitted with a 4 ring electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The living area is ideal for a break for the sun with a tv, dvd, cd player and its own Indian for company, but still affording you the fabulous views of the blue skys and seas through the large patio doors. Dining can be done in style either inside or outside on the terrace, at the Cactus table! This is a very originally decorated Villa to make your holiday feel even more special and one not to forget!
Further details outdoors: The swimming pool and tennis courts are private to the complex and accessed with keys located within the Villa, making them perfectly maintained and private for you to use. For hire cars parking spaces are available next to the Villa.

Refundable breakages deposit required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 25% deposit to secure booking. Remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
