Located on the edge of the tiny hamlet of San Agustin in Ibiza, this west-facing villa offers fabulous views out to Conejera Island and the surrounding Ibizan countryside. Despite its rural location, many of the best beaches on the island are just 15 minutes away, including Cala Jondal, Es Torrent La Salinas and Cala Carbo. The bustling San Antonio resort is just a short drive away, whilst the airport can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car. Ibiza Town is easily reached, and is the perfect place to spend an afternoon or evening soaking up the magical atmosphere whilst enjoying a meal in one of the island?s many world-class restaurants. The villa itself has been completely renovated and refurbished to the very highest standard, and with its elegant interior and luxurious outdoor space, offers guests a fabulous home away from home during their time on the island. Spread over two levels, the house is cool and bright, with high beamed ceilings and large wrap-around windows that offer fabulous island views from every angle. The open-plan living room has a number of sitting areas, and opens out onto the patio and swimming pool, which comes complete with sun-loungers and an outdoor chill-out space. The kitchen is large, cool and modern, and comes fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay. With five individually decorated bedrooms, many of which have an en-suite bathroom, the villa has plenty of space for a large family or group of friends. The master bedroom is particularly impressive, with a small private terrace and an en-suite Jacuzzi bath giving panoramic views of the countryside. The focus in this villa is on comfort, style and simplicity, a fact that is reflected throughout the property. With a great location, plenty of space and truly memorable views, this beautiful house is ideal for those looking for some rest and relaxation during their time on this beautiful island.

House is accessed at the end of a private road. Grounds 10000m2. House 320m2 on two levels. Ground level: Entrance leads into a hall where straight on you access the living room. The living room is furnished with a 4 seater sofa with chaise longue with wooden coffee table in the center. Flat screen TV with DVD is placed in the middle of the room next to the center column on a mobile aluminum table. The living room has also a desk and a reading chair plus a chill out area. Full sea views and access to the exterior terrace and swimming pool. The kitchen is situated right of the hall. Fully equipped with fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, oven and dishwasher and with a serving hatch to the dining room situated next to the kitchen. The dining room is equipped with table and chairs to seat 10 and has a back door to the back of the house. Left of the hall are two bedrooms: one double bedroom (1.60m x 2.00m) and one twin bedroom (0.90m x 2.00m). On the first floor we have two identical bedrooms as on the ground floor plus the 40m2 master bedroom with double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) walk in cupboard and Jacuzzi. All bedrooms have sea views, en suite bathrooms and fitted cupboards. Grounds: the house has a large parking area at the back of the house. At the front of the house is the oval swimming pool with sun beds for 10 people, a chill out area and a professional bar with barbeque, dining table to seat 10 people and a sitting area with sofas and chairs to view the sunset.
