This large south facing penthouse apartment is in a quiet residential block and has magnificent and breathtaking views from the ample terraces over Cala Nova Marina to the Bay of Palma beyond. Cala Nova Beach is opposite the apartment. A short distance to the east is the Marivent Palace which is the summer residence of the Spanish Royal family and to the west is the famous Maricel Hotel.
There is a TV with Sky TV digibox, a DVD player and a CD player.
Bedrooms and living area have full air conditioning or traditional overhead cooling fans for use if preferred.
Recently decorated, there are 2 large double rooms both with en suite bathrooms complete with bath/shower. The spacious living area has a dining table for 6 and ample comfortable seating in the lounge area which leads directly to the south terrace which is ideal for al fresco dining. The terrace is also fitted with sun blinds. The open plan kitchen is fully fitted with oven, microwave, grill, fridge/freezer. There is also a washing machine.

There are so many places to see within easy reach of the San Agustin/Cala Major area.
These include the magnificant Palma Cathederal, the Historic Centre, Museums, Bellver Park and Castle, Porto Pi shopping centre, Paseo Maritimo strip alongside the famous Palma Marina, Puerto Portals Marina & bars area, La Llonga for night life, boat excursions, day trips to Ibiza, train & tram trip to Soller, Palma Aquarium, Marineland, Western Water Park, Fantasia Crazy Golf, S'Albufara Nature Park (wetlands), Spa's and Gymnasiums, sailing, diving (dive centre in Illetas), Golf (Royal Bendinat 5 mins away), cycling, Palma Nova/Magaluf for British clubbing, local Fiestas and open air concerts, Casino with dinner and show (don't forget your passport), many other similar venues for a big night out.
