Baan Jasmine offers all that could be desired for a perfect holiday: from accommodation that epitomises the grace of Thai architecture and characteristic luxurious furnishings to the ever attentive service provided by our experienced staff. It is just 30 minutes from the picturesque airport of Koh Samui. On arrival you will be met by our driver will who will bring you to the villa, where you will be greeted by our manageress, Fiona, and her staff. Throughout your stay they will be at your service, with just one aim: to ensure you have a relaxing and memorable holiday.

Baan Jasmine is a large luxury villa catering for parties up to nine people – typically six adults plus children. It has a large integral lounge and dining room, together with a fully furnished kitchen, all with modern conveniences such as a roomy American style fridge and dishwasher. The three large bedrooms including the guest room in its own villa are all fitted with en-suite bathrooms, walk-in dressing rooms and terraces and situated in spacious tropical gardens with your own private swimming pool, sundeck, sala, outdoor kitchen and barbecue.

Although living in a tropical paradise, you won't be isolated, as Baan Jasmine itself has all modern conveniences, including email and wireless Internet access for those who need to keep in touch with the outside world. Different hi-fi systems within the villa, together with TV/DVD and a vast range of music CDs and DVDs, are all available for your enjoyment.

The villa features a beautiful decor and traditional artefacts from around Thailand. Its very spacious rooms have been designed with your personal comfort in mind, with air conditioning appropriate to the sunny tropical climate complimented by stylish ceiling fans, and with all the windows interchangeable between glass and mosquito netting to create an ideal ambience at all times.

The heart of Baan Jasmine is the large lounge and living area with TV entertainment system, dining room and gourmet kitchen. As an additional service we can provide you with your own chef, Khun Eak, who will prepare and serve your own choice of both International and Thai cuisine.

ACCOMMODATION
Master bedroom - 1st Floor. A beautiful king-size bed with natural furnishings overlooks the gardens to the front of the villa. There is a large terrace at the front as well as a sun-terrace to the rear with views over the beach and ocean. The accommodation also includes a large walk-in dressing room with built-in wardrobes and a large en suite bathroom with bath and shower.

2nd Bedroom - 1st Floor. Situated opposite the master bedroom, this room has two single beds that can also be made into one single queen sized bed. It also has a front terrace and sun-terrace to the rear, and en suite dressing room and bathroom as with the master bedroom.

Guest villa. This accommodation offers a separate villa within the grounds with its own facilities, ideal for parents, older children or another family party. This facility consists of a large bedroom with king-size bed with its own terrace to the pool. It also has a walk-in dressing room and en-suite bathroom.

All the bedrooms are large and spacious and can accommodate two persons, with the option of a third person/child in a daybed or baby cot. They all have air-conditioning, central ceiling fans and ambient lighting that can be individually adjusted to suit your needs and create the perfect mood.

Further to the accommodation, Samui Beach Village Clubhouse offers guests the chance to enjoy a range of activities and services to make your holiday extra special. With a full size tennis court and swimming pool, Sports & Games room, Spa & Treatment Center, Fitness Center and Clubhouse Café – Samui Beach Village has everything you need for an unforgettable holiday experience.

Further details outdoors:
From the main living area, large patio doors lead to the poolside terrace and a long modern pool that is ideal both for swimming and as a play pool for children. On either side terraces and sundecks tempt you with sun loungers and parasols, perfect for relaxing under the tropical sun. There is also a Thai style sala where you can rest in the shade, as well as an outdoor kitchen and barbecue. The lush gardens are full of beautiful tropical plants and trees, visited regularly by a multitude of songbirds and butterflies.

The front gardens have an ornate entrance sala taking you to a sandy path leading directly to the beautiful beaches that are among the most picturesque on the island of Koh Samui.

The stretch of white sand, dotted with children’s play pools, is just 30 metres from the villa, and offers magnificent views to the north and south of Samui. Far removed from the busy Samui tourist areas, the beaches are always quiet, only visited by occasional tourists and a few fishermen. During the winter months the beaches and shallow sandy lagoon become an ideal location for kite-boarding.

Baan Jasmine offers fully serviced accommodation. There is a full-time villa manageress, Fiona, who with our housekeeping staff will help ensure you have a perfect holiday. You will be provided with a Thai mobile phone so that you can contact her at any time. We also have experienced staff to maintain the gardens and pools on a daily basis.

Should you wish, Fiona can provide an in-house chef to prepare your meals, or see you are well stocked with food or drinks, or arrange for dishes to be delivered to your villa from the local restaurant. She can also organise tours, leisure activities or taxis. Alternatively, our own villa car is available for rent.

A team of 40, supervised by a guest relations manager, staffs your villa. The staff will visit your villa twice a day, unless you advise otherwise.

*Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 10.30am, although early arrival and late departure may be possible on request subject to availability.

The Koh Samui region

Rising from the crystal waters of the Gulf of Siam, Koh Samui is a tropical paradise just off Thailand's South Eastern coast. The island's mountainous interior is coated in a tropical jungle with rugged trails that offer spectacular views. The whole island is surrounded by beautiful white sandy beaches and azure water.

Samui is Thailand's third largest island at 247 square kilometres. And it's part of an archipelago of many other islands, including Koh Phangan, Koh Tao, and the Ang thong National Marine Park. Samui is renowned for its tropical beaches, coconut palms, a wonderful variety of spa facilities, exotic nightlife and friendly people. The island also offers an amazing choice of restaurants, offering local and international cuisine that would be hard to match anywhere in the world. Samui seems to cast its magic spell on everyone who encounters it.

Samui may have a relaxed, laid back atmosphere, but the jungles and beaches offer every activity imaginable. The island has an exhilerating array of water sports such as snorkelling, scuba diving, sea canoeing, kite boarding and fishing. There's also mountain biking, horse-riding, elephant trekking through the jungle, tennis and even bungee jumping available for those seeking energetic entertainment. And an excellent golf course is available for a more gentle form of exercise.

The island's 50 km ring road offers tantalizing glimpses of Samui's gorgeous beaches, it takes you through sleepy fishing villages and seas of coconut palms. It also passes Samui's most impressive waterfalls and provides tempting turn-offs in the highlands. Yet most visitors are content to laze the days away on the beaches, soaking up the sun and cooling off in the turquoise waters.

Sunny skies and calm seas prevail for most of the year. The island remains unspoiled with all construction being controlled by strict building regulations. The villas at Samui Beach Village offer a tranquil community for nature lovers to be at home, situated amidst a tropical paradise.

The Samui Beach Village area

Baan Jasmine is set within Samui Beach Village, a small luxury living development hidden away from the busy tourist areas of Samui and superbly located for people looking to lose themselves in the beauty of Koh Samui’s wide beaches and lush tropical landscape.

Samui Beach Village is surrounded by groves of coconut palms and continually maintained landscaped gardens, and Baan Jasmine is one of 14 luxury villas on this privately owned gated community, benefiting from its own 24 hour security. Despite its seemingly isolated location, a number of luxury resorts are less than five minutes away, all with excellent restaurants. Nearby attractions for children include a well stocked aquarium and zoo.

The ever popular Lamai Beach, is only ten minutes away. Another 20 minutes take you to Chaweng and Samui’s top golf course. So you are never far from the action. There is easy access to shopping, restaurants, nightlife and other activities. Yet you will still feel you are on your own tropical island.

Baan Jasmine is close to many attractions and areas of interest. A 20 minute ride on a traditional Thai long-tail boat will take you to Koh Tan and Koh Mudsum, two neighbouring islands that are well known for their fantastic fishing and snorkeling. Or why not try a safari trek into the jungle and ride an elephant – or have a private class in the kitchen of your villa to learn first hand the secrets of Thai cooking. We can also arrange in house spa treatments, such as massage, facial and manicure, or you can treat yourself to a full afternoon’s pampering. We can even arrange childcare so you can find time to relax, take time out and enjoy Samui’s wonderful restaurants or spas.

The island is home to excellent medical care, with hospitals, clinics, dentists and pharmacies within easy reach. Together with the various health spas, many of them within a short distance of Baan Jasmine, all your health care needs can be taken care of.

Samui Beach Village is just 30 minutes away from Samui International Airport, Thailand's 2nd International Airport after Bangkok. Flights are available from Bangkok, Hong Kong, Singapore and other main airports around Asia.

We include a pick-up service within our rental prices, so once you arrive in Koh Samui our driver will be there ready to collect you. Once you get to the villa you are met by our villa manageress, making the whole transfer process a great start to your time in Koh Samui. We can arrange car hire for you directly from our villa, and we also have two 4x4 vehicles ourselves available for hire.
