Baan Rim Haad, meaning 'House on the beach' is a picturesque 3 bedroom villa that sits directly along a stretch of pristine white beach. The villa itself is bordered on one side by local tropical flora and on the other, a private pool that edges directly on the the sands of Samui's shores allowing guests to feel completely immersed in Thai tranquility.
With a contemporary yet beachside feel, Baan Rim Haad has been designed with quaility and comfort in mind. The white and blue interior pallette gives guests a sense of calm and serenity as well as a feeling of endless space with it's surrounding glass windows and doors allowing views of the ocean from the main living and dining areas.
The modern living area with pool and ocean views is a testimant to beachside living coupled with floor to ceiling glass windows, make it hard to distinguish where indoor begins and outdoor ends.

Baan Rim Haad was designed with space in mind - an open plan living and dining area flow seamlessley together ,making this villa perfect for entertaining and enjoying some of the best things life has to offer – relaxation and spending time with loved ones.
The dining area allows for fabulous ocean views whilst dining indoors and edges on to a fully fitted, sunken western kitchen wher e you can prepare your own meals or enjoy our Private Chef service for a truly luxurious holiday experience.
If guests wish to dine outside and enjoy the seabreeze whislt they eat, a teak wood dining table seating 6, accessible from the indoor dining area's double glass doors is the perfect place! A large umbrella covers the table for daytime dining, alllowing for shade whilst you enjoy your meal and the surrounding views .
The master bedroom, situated at the back of the villa, feels fresh, spacious and modern – using the whites and blues to keep the tranquil feel used throughout the rest of the villa, this bedroom has suggestions of Thailand with little touches like woven baskets and rugs – reminding guests of the wonders of Samui and it's culture.
The master bedroom also enjoys it's own sleek en-suite with a rainhead shower fitted for that extra tropical luxury.
The second bedroom is not less stunning and comprises of a king size bed and its own sleek and stylish en-suite.
The third bedroom and it's two single beds is designed with guests, friends or children in mind. In keeping with the original theme of the villa we see the continuation of the blue and white oceanic theme agan with tradtional Thai adornments completing the overall look and feel. The third bedroom again has it's own simple and stylish en-suite for convenience.

The Koh Samui region
Rising from the crystal waters of the Gulf of Siam, Koh Samui is a tropical paradise just off Thailand's South Eastern coast. The island's mountainous interior is coated in a tropical jungle with rugged trails that offer spectacular views. The whole island is surrounded by beautiful white sandy beaches and azure water.
Samui is Thailand's third largest island at 247 square kilometers. And it's part of an archipelago of many other islands, including Koh Phangan, Koh Tao, and the Ang thong National Marine Park. Samui is renowned for its tropical beaches, coconut palms, a wonderful variety of spa facilities, exotic nightlife and friendly people. The island also offers an amazing choice of restaurants, offering local and international cuisine that would be hard to match anywhere in the world. Samui seems to cast its magic spell on everyone who encounters it.
The island's 50 km ring road offers tantalizing glimpses of Samui's gorgeous beaches, it takes you through sleepy fishing villages and seas of coconut palms. It also passes Samui's most impressive waterfalls and provides tempting turn-offs in the highlands. Yet most visitors are content to laze the days away on the beaches, soaking up the sun and cooling off in the turquoise waters.
Samui may have a relaxed, laid back atmosphere, but the jungles and beaches offer every activity imaginable. The island has an exhilerating array of water sports such as snorkelling, scuba diving, sea canoeing, kite boarding and fishing. There's also mountain biking, horse-riding, elephant trekking through the jungle, tennis and even bungee jumping available for those seeking energetic entertainment. And an excellent golf course is available for a more gentle form of exercise.
Sunny skies and calm seas prevail for most of the year. The island remains unspoiled with all construction being controlled by strict building regulations. The villas at Samui Beach Village offer a tranquil community for nature lovers to be at home, situated amidst a tropical paradise.
Regular connections from Samui airport give easy access to the rest of the world. Direct connections to Phuket, Pattaya, Bangkok, Singapore, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur already exist with more destinations planned for the future.
The Samui Beach Village area
The beach stretches out in front of the villa, with white sand afoot and magnificent views to the north and south of Samui. The beach is ideal for families with large stretches of sand and small pools for children to play in. Being away form the busy Samui tourist areas, the beaches are always quiet with at the most a handful of tourists and a few fishermen. During the winter months the beaches around here form a top location for kite-Boarding, with its shallow sandy lagoon.
Samui Beach Village is superbly located for people looking to lose themselves in the beauty of Koh Samui's gorgeous beaches and lush tropical landscape. Set on an unspoiled stretch of beach in the relatively undeveloped South Eastern coast, Baan Talay is surrounded by coconut palms and tropical landscaped gardens. As part of the luxury Samui Beach Village it is only a 20 minute boat ride to Koh Tan and Koh Mudsum, two neighboring islands which are well-known for their fantastic fishing and snorkelling.
