As you make your way along the path, surrounded by tropical foliage, you are lead to double front doors which open on to a fully fitted and stylish sunken kitchen. An island bench sits in the centre with stools on one side and all the modern fittings of a kitchen set for entertaining on the other.
A simple steps leads you directly into the interlinked dining and large modern living space, complete with Thai inspired art pieces which mesh seamlessly with contemporary and comfortable furniture. A 6-seater glass dining room table with stunning overhanging Thai-style lights makes dining effortless and pleasurable - and with a further two glass double doors that lead out on to lush gardens, the sand-washed patio surrounding the pool and a yet another 6-seater quality teak dining ensemble – dining inside or out becomes an absolute joy.

The Koh Samui region
Rising from the crystal waters of the Gulf of Siam, Koh Samui is a tropical paradise just off Thailand's South Eastern coast. The island's mountainous interior is coated in a tropical jungle with rugged trails that offer spectacular views. The whole island is surrounded by beautiful white sandy beaches and azure water.
Samui is Thailand's third largest island at 247 square kilometers. And it's part of an archipelago of many other islands, including Koh Phangan, Koh Tao, and the Ang thong National Marine Park. Samui is renowned for its tropical beaches, coconut palms, a wonderful variety of spa facilities, exotic nightlife and friendly people. The island also offers an amazing choice of restaurants, offering local and international cuisine that would be hard to match anywhere in the world. Samui seems to cast its magic spell on everyone who encounters it.
The island's 50 km ring road offers tantalizing glimpses of Samui's gorgeous beaches, it takes you through sleepy fishing villages and seas of coconut palms. It also passes Samui's most impressive waterfalls and provides tempting turn-offs in the highlands. Yet most visitors are content to laze the days away on the beaches, soaking up the sun and cooling off in the turquoise waters.
Samui may have a relaxed, laid back atmosphere, but the jungles and beaches offer every activity imaginable. The island has an exhilerating array of water sports such as snorkelling, scuba diving, sea canoeing, kite boarding and fishing. There's also mountain biking, horse-riding, elephant trekking through the jungle, tennis and even bungee jumping available for those seeking energetic entertainment. And an excellent golf course is available for a more gentle form of exercise.
Sunny skies and calm seas prevail for most of the year. The island remains unspoiled with all construction being controlled by strict building regulations. The villas at Samui Beach Village offer a tranquil community for nature lovers to be at home, situated amidst a tropical paradise.
Regular connections from Samui airport give easy access to the rest of the world. Direct connections to Phuket, Pattaya, Bangkok, Singapore, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur already exist with more destinations planned for the future.
The Samui Beach Village area
The beach stretches out in front of the villa, with white sand afoot and magnificent views to the north and south of Samui. The beach is ideal for families with large stretches of sand and small pools for children to play in. Being away form the busy Samui tourist areas, the beaches are always quiet with at the most a handful of tourists and a few fishermen. During the winter months the beaches around here form a top location for kite-Boarding, with its shallow sandy lagoon.
Samui Beach Village is superbly located for people looking to lose themselves in the beauty of Koh Samui's gorgeous beaches and lush tropical landscape. Set on an unspoiled stretch of beach in the relatively undeveloped South Eastern coast, Baan Talay is surrounded by coconut palms and tropical landscaped gardens. As part of the luxury Samui Beach Village it is only a 20 minute boat ride to Koh Tan and Koh Mudsum, two neighboring islands which are well-known for their fantastic fishing and snorkelling.
