The Koala Hotel & Apartment complex is a family run business which offers both hotel style rooms as well as self catering apartments to provide flexibility for guests.

THE KOALA HOTEL (15 EUROS per person, per night on a twin share basis)

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the resort town of Votsalakia, directly across the road from the beach.

Rooms are spacious and modern and feature a bedroom, private bathroom with hairdryer, televison, refridgerator, tea/coffee making facilities, private balcony, and carparking. Airconditioning is also available.
A car is not necessary, as all shops and restaurants are within walking distance of the property.

The KOALA APARTMENTS - 25 EUROS per person, per night on a twin share basis, or 300 Euros per week
Children are FREE

The apartments are just a short walk from the beach ( approx 200 metres) and designed for peaceful relaxtion, settled amongst a small grove of olive trees and garden.

Apartments feature a spacious bedroom, private bathroom, a kitchen/diningroom, television, refridgerator, cooker, kettle, hairdryer, airconditioning and carparking.

There is also no need for a car, as shops and restaurants are all within walking distance of the property.

We also speak fluent English and come from the island, so whether you want to know about the local food and wines, about the ancient temples on the island, or what sites to see, we can help you with all your enquires, and make your holiday one to truly enjoy and remember.

To the one side of the resort you can walk to Pythagoras's cave where the ancient mathematician once lived, or to the historic monastery of Evangelistra on Mount Kerkis and experience another world with breathtaking views.

To the other, visit the quaint traditional fishing village of Ormos and enjoy a quiet drink or seafood meal by the harbour.

From ATHENS, take a

1. Domestic Flight with Aegean Airlines or Olympic Airways to Samos Island OR
2. Ferry from Pireaus Port ( located near Athens) to Samos

From OTHER COUNTRIES

During the summer season, charter companies run direct flights to Samos, from various destinations
such as England, Holland, Austria, Scandanavia etc
Please check with your local travel agent or charter airline for availability.
