Le chalet est classé trois étoiles, conçu pour 8 vacanciers (plus un bébé, lit parapluie et chaise haute disponibles)

LOCATION A LA SEMAINE du samedi au samedi. Site internet chaletmirabelles existant, nous contacter pour connaitre les tarifs hiver. Le chalet est idéalement situé à 300 mètres du centre-ville de Samoëns (moins de 5' à pied), dans un quartier résidentiel calme. Spacieux, indépendant, d'une surface de 82 m2, il est implanté sur un terrain arboré, avec 2 places de parking. Sa capacité maximale est de 8 personnes. Au RDC : une entrée avec placard, une cuisine équipée : plaque vitro 4 feux, réfrigérateur-congélateur, four, four micro-ondes, hotte, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, …. Séjour-Salon avec 2 canapés dont un " lits gigogne " (2x1 personne), TV, un cabinet de toilette douche, lavabo et WC. Coin jeu pour les enfants.Terrasse couverte avec coffre de rangement sécurisé (chaussures de randonnée, ski). Salon de jardin en été. A l'étage, deux chambres avec balcon (1x2 personnes et 1x2 personnes + 2x1 personne en lits superposés). Une salle de bains avec douche meuble vasque, WC, sèche cheveux. lit bébé et chaise haute bébé disponibles. Chalet privatif & non-fumeur, coin fumeur sur la terrasse. Situé à 700 mètres d'altitude, Samoëns est un village de montagne de la vallée du Giffre de 2500 habitants environ, idéal pour passer des vacances familiales ou sportives. De nombreux itinéraires de randonnée permettent de découvrir des sites exceptionnels, ainsi que la faune et la flore de montagne. Vous y trouverez des sentiers pédestres grandioses, fleuris avec des vues imprenables (Mont Blanc, Cascade du Rouget, Fer à cheval,…). De nombreuses promenades ou randonnées magnifiques sont accessibles au départ du chalet. Samoëns et ses montagnes sont à découvrir aussi bien en été qu'en hiver. Samoëns, qui a su garder une identité savoyarde et accueillante, est localisé à 20 minutes de Cluses, 30 minutes de Bonneville, et à 1 heure de Genève. Le village de Samoëns est magnifique, convivial et familial et propose de nombreuses activités et animations. Une base de loisir vous propose des activités pour adultes et enfants, tels que tennis, piscine, accrobranche. L'office du tourisme propose des loisirs d'eau, rafting, kayak, et des sports de montagne, randonnée, parapente, VTT, …Au centre du village on trouve tous les commerces garantissant un bon séjour, épiceries, fruits et légumes, boucherie-traiteur, produits régionaux, quincaillerie, journaux, ..., ainsi que de nombreux restaurants. En hiver

Une navette « skibus » gratuite à 100 mètres vous dépose (moins de 5 minutes) à une remontée mécanique dans le village (télécabine express 8 places). Cette remontée vous dépose en moins de 10 minutes sur le domaine skiable de la station Grand massif (Samoëns, Flaine, Sixt, Morillon, Les Carroz) dotée de plus de 250 km de pistes.

L’accès au chalet est déneigé en cas de forte chute de neige.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
