Further details indoors: The enteroom is fitted with built-in wardrobes; adjacent is a WC. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find sufficient table ware, pots, china, glasses, a dishwasher is also on hand and a washing-machine offers moreover the possibility to take care of your laundry.
The spacious living and dining room includes a television set with DVD equipment and free broad-band internet access. From this room one steps out onto the terrace, whose roll out canopy offers cooling shade if needed. From the terrace one reaches the small garden that is protected from sight by a tall hedge.
On the upper floor are the bedrooms and the bathroom. The spacious twin bedroom offers relaxation and tranquillity, the adjoining balcony faces south and invites to bask in the sun. The larger one of the two single bedrooms is furnished in addition to the usual furniture with a spacious writing desk. The bathroom with window offers a bathtub with shower, a washbasin, bidet and toilet. Linen and towels are at your disposal.
Further details outdoors: "Haus Terber" is located in a prime residential area, in the Maria-Cebotari-Strasse in Salzburg Parsch, at the end of a cul-de-sac and at the foot of the Gaisberg mountain. Within a few minutes' walk you reach the main road; the bus number 6 takes you in 20 minutes directly and without changing to the main train station (Hauptbahnhof). There are only 6 stops into the centre of the world cultural heritage town. From there almost all important sights can be reached on foot. Besides, with its extensive meadows, parks and woods the area presents a relaxing change from everyday life and invites you to pleasant walks and hikes.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. Additional person on request, Euro 180 per week. For the final cleaning at the end of your stay we charge € 150.

Terms: In order to co-ordinate your desired arrival and departure day with the flight schedules, we will be pleased to hold your initial reservation for 48 hours. Please pay a deposit of 50% of the total rent immediately after your final confirmation to the account mentioned below. The money transfer cost is to be paid by the tenant.
We will then confirm immediately the receipt of your payment and send you the house keys. Please pay the remaining balance of 50% in cash when checking in on arrival day.
When arriving, the house will be at your disposal from 16:00 hrs onward. On day of departure we would like to ask you to vacate the house by 10:00 a.m. in order to allow the next guest a check-in on time. Thank you very much in advance for your understanding!
