Apartamento de dois quartos com uma dependência, um banheiro, 78 m2 distribuidos em uma cozinha tipo americana, sala enorme tres quartos tendo duas camas de casal, e duas de solteiro ( uma delas é uma subcama e fica junto a uma cama de casal). Todo em piso frio com porcelanato na sala e cozinha, banheiro azulejado e com blindex, Internet Banda Larga 24 hs (wireless) , ar condicionado em dois quartos, proximo a praia. Super tranquilo e silencioso.

Acomoda bem 5 pessoas e até 8 pessoas ( sob consulta).

Uma varanda na frente com mesa e cadeira pode-se aproveitar a brisa que vem do mar bem próximo. No jardim, retornando da praia há um chuveirão para retirar o sal do mar.

Tranquilidade do bairro, ambiente, clima, harmonia com a natureza.

Proximidade da praia e comercio com bares, restaurantes de alta qualidade nacionais e internacionais.. Hospede não pode deixar de experimentar, a poucos metros, o tempero vencedor do comida de boteco 2013 do bar DonaEva, o delicioso pastel de camarão e outros deliosos petiscos do Stela Beach, bem como seria uma blasfemia não se saborear do melhor acarajé de Stella Maris justo na entrada do condomio.

Caminhada nas dunas em passeio ecológico ou curtir as piscinas naturais que se formam na maré baixa ou média é primordial para quem gosta de natureza, sem contar que a Lagoa do Abaeté e famosa praia de Itapoã, cantada em prosas e versos por Caimi esta logo ali, bem pertinho.

Também se pode visitar a Praia do Forte e o Castelo de Dias D'avila, Imbassaí, Mangue Seco, que ficam ao norte. Ilha de itaparica com dezenas de praias belissimas.
