Enter via a porch into the lounge diner with kitchen. These are in a large L shaped room. There is a coal fireplace with a the TV/DVD/Freeview stand beside it. The fire is mainly for effect as heating is by electric wall heaters, coal is available on site. In the kitchen there is enough cutlery and crockery for eight, a microwave, electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Each bedroom has a wardrobe with drawers. There is a clock radio in the master double bedroom.

The West Country / Cornwall region
Notter Mill is 3 miles from Plymouth on the Cornish side of the river Tamar. Saltash is two miles away with shops and large supermarkets. South East Cornwall has coast and moors. The nearest beaches are at Whitsands bay, Seaton and Downderry. Looe is 12 miles away, Liskeard is 10 miles away and is a traditional market town holding a livestock market on Mondays and Thursdays. From Liskeard the moors are about 4 miles with Sibblyback lake and the Cheesewring, Hurlers and other Celtic sites and Cornish mines. There are several National Trust homes in the immediate vicinity such as Cothele and Anthony, Lanhydrock and Saltram houses.
Saltash area
Saltash has the great Royal Albert bridge built by Brunel and often steam tarins visit this part of Cornwall. St Mellion golf course is the nearest golf course. There are many sandy beaches very near either on the north or south coasts. China fleet club has its own golf and country park with indoor flumes in its pool. Liskeard and Saltash towns also have pleasure pools.
How to get there
Drive to Plymouth, then taking the Tamar bridge to Cornwall continue to Notter Bridge. Near bottom of hill turn right, the Notter Mill country park is on your left 400yds past the pub. Fly to Plymouth via Airsouthwest or Ryanair to Newquay first, Hire car is recommended to enjoy the area

Further details outdoors: The cottage stands in a large flat plot with the patio and barbeque area enjoying some privacy. Double French doors lead from the front room to the barbeque, patio and bench seats and table combination. There is a heated outdoor pool from May to September. There is also a tennis court and children's swing and adventure park onsite. Within 400yds is a popular local pub with beer garden on the riverside and a good reputation for it’s food.
