Smoke Barn House, is set over two acres of private grounds, benefiting from sweeping countryside views towards the tidal creek. Whilst offering easy access by car to Plymouth and the surrounding areas.

Internally, Smoke Barn House offers a wonderfully created open plan kitchen and conservatory, giving the heart of the property a real feel of home away from home. Furnished to the highest standards throughout. Externally, the large grounds benefit from a ornamental pound set into the large furnished decked area and at high tide has access to the creek with landing jetty.

Torpoint acts as the gateway to Cornwall with boats ferrying passengers across this scenic stretch of the River Tamar. Most recently the area has gained significant exposure thanks in large to the National Trust property Antony House, the location for filming of Walt Disney's Alice in Wonderland, which is open to the public.

The historic villages of Kingsand and Cawsand offer a haven of peace and tranquillity. Relax on the beach or in one of the village pubs or cafes or take a stroll through the narrow streets of colour washed cottages and shops that follow. Mount Edgecombe House and Country Park are within easy reach and provide a great day out for all the family with stunning Grade I Cornish gardens and the historic house to explore.

Visit the historic naval city of Plymouth which is just across the river. With highlights including Smeaton's Tower on Plymouth Hoe, The Barbican area home to the Mayflower Steps where the Pilgrim Fathers departed and Saltram Estate positioned alongside the River Plym. Plymouth is also home to the National Marine Aquarium, Britain's deepest aquarium tank providing fun for all the family no matter what the weather. No visit to Devon would be complete without visiting rugged Dartmoor National Park, granite moorland flowing with panoramic beauty and wildlife around every corner.
