The cottage also has a bathroom and an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside, the cottage has a patio with furniture. Lynher Cottage provides excellent accommodation for a couple at any time of year.

Note: The property is accessed via an uneven farm track. Note: This property is suitable for guests aged 18 and over only. Note: While this property does not accept pets, the owners' cats and dogs may have been in the property, so it will not be completely free of pet traces.

The village of Hatt offers a shop, post office and pub. Close by is the town of Saltash, plus there are woodland and riverside walks in the area and within driving distance are a number of National Trust properties. Hatt is a great base for a Cornish holiday at whatever time of year you decide to visit.
