About the home

Two semi detached attractive two-storey holiday cottages in Cornwall created by local craftsmen from an original stone built barn, boasting exposed beamed ceilings, private/shared garden and some river views.
Colour televisions with 90 channels & DVD players are standard, as are washer dryers, cookers, microwaves, fridges, toasters, kettles, irons and a full complement of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The open plan lounge also offers a good quality sofa bed*, if extra capacity is required. The twin bedroom can be made into a bunkroom, allowing ample room for a full sized cot or childbed.

Fondly known as 'Lynher' and 'Notter', the cottages are nestled against south east Cornwall's River Lynher and enjoy the benefits of patio doors opening onto a private rear garden. The fence panel separating the two cottages can be opened up to make it a shared garden - perfect for groups of friends, couples and dog owners alike. BBQs* in the summer make this a great spot for enjoying those long summer evenings together.
The property fronts our private drive and boasts ample level parking (please note that the property is situated near to a road bridge).

A short distance from the Gateway to Cornwall and just off the A38, your arrival and departure journeys are considerably reduced compared to other destinations across the county, giving you more time to relax and enjoy your stay.

You have fantastic road links, creating easy access to all places of interest - no twisty overgrown country lanes to negotiate!!
