This 100 m2 apartment has a 12 m2 independent kitchen, a big living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (1 with tub and the other one with a shower), and a hall. It also has a 20m2 wide balcony, which connects both living room and kitchen, and has some beautiful sea views.
Apart from these details, the apartment also has parquet floor, air conditioning… What is more, the building also has a lift and a nice communal swimming pool, which includes a chill-out area and more than enough space for children to play around.
As for the location, the apartment is situated within Salou's wealthy urbanization (a nice and pleasant area which will make sure you won't be bothered when having a rest or relaxing, and without any hotels or bars too near). Nevertheless, the apartment is close enough to bus stops, the town centre, all sorts of shops and restaurants, supermarkets, discotheques… without having to walk long distances. What is most important: there is only a 400m walk down to the beach (5min maximum).

The price includes the previous cleaning of the house/apartment, the actual renting, the water and electricity expenses (max. 75 KW per week), bedding, towels, TV, and other appliances. The final cleaning cost will be paid separately (100€). Were there any other needs, extra services such as internet, personal transport, providing of some basic food products for the arrival, excursions, and car hiring may be requested.
The house/apartment may be inhabited the same arrival day from 17:00 pm onward, and must be left the last day at 10:00 am.
Keys will be given in hand on the arrival day from 17:00pm – 20:00pm. Was there any inconvenience, these meeting hours could be rescheduled, which should be requested when starting the hiring process. If it should take place from 23:00 pm – 9:00am, an extra 50€ cost will be charged. A 500€ bail must be paid when the keys are given in hand, and will be fully refunded after the renting period has expired only if the house/flat hasn’t suffered any damage.
In case of renting the property more than two weeks, special discounts will be applied depending on the total hiring period. In addition, 25% of the total renting cost will be paid via bank transfer when confirming that the hiring will take place. The rest of the payment will be done when having moved into the property.

Conditions
The minimun hiring lapse of time is 1 week. There is not a maximun though.
IMPORTANT: the check in/ check out day is on Saturday. Therefore, the flat may be hired from Saturday X to Saturday Y for instance.
The Costa Dorada/Tarragona region
It is located in eastern Spain in the south of the region of Catalonia. The coastline is identified with the Costa Dorada tourist brand. The capital city is Tarragona, which is home to the Tárraco Archaeological Site, awarded the World Heritage designation by the UNESCO.
The Cistercian monastery of El Poblet also has the World Heritage distinction, and can be visited by taking the Cistercian Monastery Route which also includes the monasteries of Santes Creus and Valbona de les Monges. The province has several nature reserves, which offer a perfect setting for outdoor sports.
Highlights of the province's gastronomic attractions are particularly a range of wine-related activities, especially along the Penedés Wine and Cava Route. There are also numerous gastronomic festivals where visitors can enjoy specialities such as the calçotada (grilled spring onions) and xató (cod and escarole salad).
The Salou area
Salou is a seashore village with very nice beaches and resort complexes that will ensure your stay will assure you a relaxed and pleasant holiday together with its nice Mediterranean ambience . There are many activities to do such as going to the beach, shopping, all sorts of sports and leisure activities, many cultural points of interest such as the Torre Vella in Salou or the Roman Coliseum in Tarragona, there is also a amusement park (Port Aventura)... There is fun for people of all ages. The night ambience is also excellent if you like to have a nice cocktail in front of the sea, or if you are looking for something more exciting such as discos. In addition, if you are familiar with Spanish, there are many theatres near Salou (Reus), and cinemas too.
