About the home

Lovely 4 Bedroom villa with communal pool, beautiful gardens, private patio and secure covered parking for up to 3 cars (depending on car size). It s located in this charming seaside town of Cambrils with all the essential features of a typical sun and fun tourist destination.

The spacious dining/living area seats up to 8 guests and is finished to a very high standard with marble floors throughout which opens out to this lovely and private patio with also dining furniture and sofas/chairs perfect for al fresco dining on the warm evenings of Spain The lounge is comfortable and pleasant with TV. The kictchen is fully equipped.

The villa has a very big garage which can accommodate 2 to 3 cars (depending on car sizes).

Further details outdoors:
The swimming-poole has got a size of 10x20m.
It can be used from 8:00h until 23:00h. It can also be used before and after those hours only if the sleep of the neighbourhood is respected.
Children under 14 years must be accompained by an adult

We will wellcome you on arrival.
The owner and the owner´s representatives speak fluently English, Spanish, Portuguese. They can also communicate in French and Italian.

Conditions

The price includes electricity, water, gas, communal services, taxes, bed linnen, hand and bath towels.

Heating and arrival/departure cleaning costs are included in the rental price.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of 400GBP or 500Euros will be taken (in cash) on the arrival day and returned on the departure date previous satisfactory inspection by both the tenant and the owner´s representative.

CHECK-IN will be between 16:00h - 20:00h on the arrival date.

CHECK-OUT will be between 9:00h - 11:00h on the departure date.
Late check-out until 13:00h is possible with an extra payment of 80GBP or 100Euros.
For check-outs later than 13:00h, please check with owner or owner´s representative.

CHECK-IN after 20:00h & CHECK-OUT before 9:00h are possible previous notification of the time plus an extra payment of 80GBP or 100Euros

BOOKING
In order to book the villa we require the following:
- Contract signed by both parties
- Payment of 25% of the total rental fees

PAYMENT
We accept PayPal, Credit & Debit Card, Bank Transfer and cash.
Any fees incured by Paypal, Credit & Credit Card Companies and by Bank Transfer will be paid by the tenant.

The Costa Dorada/Tarragona region

The location of the house is ideal for day trips to Barcelona or Tarragona which is a beautiful and historic town. It was the most important Spanish city during Roman Empire with its ruins and very nice beaches. Located in Costa Dorada, an exceptional geographic location by its brilliant weather and its beautiful natural scenery. The region is also in the middle of one of the most interesting, cultural features worth seeing with an eye towards learning more about the history of our town or simply to admire the magnificent views around.

The beaches of Salou and Cambrils are one of the resort main attractions. The coastline is varied with wide expanses of golden sand beaches between hotels and residences , BUT also many intimate beaches as well sheltered by pine trees, mountains and clear water. This villa is the perfect Spanish retreat!!!!

The Salou / Cambrils area

Cambrils is a charming, lovely seaside town with all the essential features of a typical sun and fun tourist destination. Its Chic Port is full of traditional restaurants, bars, shops, ice cream shops, green area (park) with a marvellous children play area is perfect for chill out at the end of the day and watch the sunset! I personally like to walk around and sit down in one the nice restaurants and enjoy the Spanish gastronomy with a glass or two of wine or simply have an ice cream and admire the views.

The atmosphere is also very pleasant, there s a real feeling of a nice relaxing holiday!!! BUT if you also want a busy night Salou is only 10 min. drive away which is the biggest main Resort attractions with lots of nightclubs, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets.

Cambrils has more than lovely beaches. Close to the villa there are many golf clubs, nautical sports,Theme Parks, Portaventura which is one the largest and fun theme park in Europe - children and adults love it!, Costa Caribe waterpark (Portaventura) y Aquapolis waterpark in La Pineda. you can also go fishing on the River Ebro which is considered to be one the best in Europe.

Ryanair flies to Reus Airport which is only 15 to 20min drive away from the house) - from Birmingham, east Midlands, Bristol, Liverpool, Stansted, Luton, Glasgow, Dublin

Barcelona Airport is approximately 60 minutes drive away.

The villa is conveniently located in a quite area but close to the main Mediterranean Motorway (AP-7) that can take you to Barcelona or Valencia. There is no traffic noise heard from the villa.
