Fantastic 5 bedrooms house (maximum 13 people) located in a calm residential area of Cambrils. The complex located in Vilafortuny consist in only 5 houses sharing a big pool and gardens. The house is located just 600 mts from the beach ( 10 minutes walking distance) and around 3 km from Cambrils. You will find a big supermarket with many international foods at just 150 mts from the house.

Disposes of a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 2 wide living-rooms with a surface of 80 m2, air conditioning on the livingroom and in 3 bedrooms , big TV and 2 sofa's, one of those is sofa-bed. The two double garden doors gives access to the 2 covered terraces with 2 big dining table to enable you to dine al fresco.
To increase your comfort the covered terrace has sofa's and chill area.
KITCHEN:
The very wide kitchen is full equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, micro-wave, and dish-washer.
UPPER LEVEL:
Offers 5 double bedrooms provided with air conditioning consisting in 3 double beds and 4 single beds. And 2 complete the bathroom.

GARDEN:
The pool and garden is only shared by 5 houses. The surface of the garden is 700 m2 and it has a lovely swimming pool of 14 x 7 with special protection for children and provided with 10 luxury will enjoy the big barbecue area next to the swimming pool.
The large garden surrounding the house allows complete privacy and security for children and the swimming pool of this house is very well taken care of. You will find many sunbeds around the swimming pool, outside toilets and a extraordinary barbecue area.
It’s ideal for families wishing to enjoy the Spanish sun, the beautiful beaches of Cambrils and the Mediterranean cuisine.Cambrils it’s well known for it’s gastronomie, for the high quality sandy beaches along the coast where you can experience all kind of water sports as snorkelling, scuba-diving, kayacking, water-skiing,surfing,….but one of the best points of Cambrils is the long promenades along the sea front,where you will enjoy many restaurants,bars, shop’s ,boutiques….
The famous park Port Aventura is only 5 km away and you will also enjoy the 2 aquatic parks in the area.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
- The check-in will be between 16 to 19 hrs. Exceptions are only possible in case of previous warning.
- The check-out will be from 8 to 10.
- Chek in after 23 hrs and chek out before 8 hours will have a extra payment of 60.-€

The Costa Dorada/Tarragona region
The Costa Dorada, or golden coast, offers miles of wonderful golden sands, washed by the crystal clear blue Mediterranean Sea. Costa Dorada has a long stretch of coast, interspersed with sandy beaches and pretty coves. The resorts have a traditional seaside atmosphere and are excellent for families, especially since the recent addition of the Universal Mediterranean theme park resort. There is also an aquatic park at La Pineda.
Port Aventura Theme and Water Park takes approximately 7 km to the gate entrance. It is Europe's second largest adventure theme park and is owned by Universal Studio. The big ride is the Dragon Khan, with its 70mph first drop and eight inversions. The indoor / outdoor Costa Caribe, the Caribbean-themed water park, also has a beach area and is an ideal venue to cool off.
Aquopolis Water Park is nearby. It has one of the most modern dolphinariums in Europe. There is also Aqualand Safari and Water Park within easy reach.
Costa Dorada is also within easy reach of the ancient Roman city of Tarragona and the vibrant regional capital of Barcelona. Tourist attractions include Gaudi's Cathedral, the Picasso Museum, and Las Ramblas.The most important town of the region is Tarragona, capital of the providence of the same name. It was one of the most important cities of the Roman Empire, and you can walk along the ancient defence walls, visit the amphitheatre or explore underneath the Roman Circus.
If it's sun and sand you're after, head to Salou, a flashy, modern resort town, or nearby Cambrils, which is quieter and has managed to keep the feel of the fishing village it once was. A bit farther north, La Pineda is a family resort and also has nice beaches.
At the region's southern border is the Natural Park of the Ebro River Delta, where you'll find beautiful marine habitats where water fowl congregate. There are no big towns or much activity, and a visit to the area makes for a peaceful getaway from the glamour of resorts up the coast.
The Salou / Cambrils area
Cambrils has nine kilometres of beaches on which to relax and appreciate the fabulous Mediterranean climate. You can also take advantage of the seafront promenade to enjoy the tranquillity and views of the Cambrils coastline, either on foot or by bike on the cycle track. The excellent quality of our beaches is guaranteed year after year by the Blue Flags awarded by the European Union.
Cambrils is a haven for young families and youth holidays, as it really is the archetypal beach holiday destination. The huge, sandy beaches are of course a huge factor in why people flock to accommodation in Cambrils, but the huge theme park, Port Aventura - Salou, seems to be the largest attraction for many, many miles, and the 8-loop Dragon Khan Rollercoaster can be seen from many of the top floor apartments in Salou itself.There are also 2 big Aquatic parks the "Costa Caribe" and "Aquopolis" just 7 km away from the house perfect to enjoy with the families.
The streets of Cambrils and the area surrounding the town are filled with interesting cultural features and beautiful natural scenery. The region is well worth seeing with an eye towards learning more about the history of our town or simply to admire the magnificent views that the local countryside offers.
Don't worry if you are looking for something more to do on your holiday than just going to the beach, Cambrils has lots more to offer. Aside from the excellent climate, there is the wonderful food, a wide variety of shopping opportunities, and a first-class calendar of events. Cambrils will satisfy any interest in culture or eco-tourism that visitors may have with a wide variety of interesting locations and activities.

Just around 3 km from the house there is a connection with motorway AP-7 that goes from Barcelona to Valencia and Cambrils is the exit n 37.
Cambrils has a beautiful train station in the middle of the village and just around 1 km far from the house.
The nearest airport is the " Reus Airport " with many Ryan air low cost flights and it's just around 18 km away from the house. There are many buses doing the route Reus-Cambrils and many taxis in the airport.
