About the home

Luxury apartment located in the best area in Salou, just 80 mts from the main beach and located in the heart of Salou with all the shops,boutiques and restaurants around. Just 1.5 km from Port Aventura entrance gate.
High quality apartment with air conditioning, TV,private parking and luxury furniture and material. This is a new construcction buiding (year 2009) .

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, consisting in 1 doblebed and 2 single beds.It has 1 complete bathroom with bath tub and 1 bathroom with shower. The kitchen has ,washing machine,micro-wave, fridge,oven and freezer. In the living room you will find luxury sofa-bed, TV and dining chairs and table. There is also a private terrace with all the furniture. The Residential Complexe Monaco has also on the top of the building a fantastic swimmingpool, with jacuzzi and massage.
Fantastic sea views and Salou views from the top floor where the swimmingpool is located.

On the top of the building there is a beatifull swimmingpool with a spectacular wooden TEKA floor. Nice pool with jacuzzi area and cascade inside.

There are many free sunbeds for everybody and shower area.
The access to the swimmingpool is by the lift or by the stairs.

The Costa Dorada/Tarragona region

The Costa Dorada, or golden coast, offers miles of wonderful golden sands, washed by the crystal clear blue Mediterranean Sea. Costa Dorada has a long stretch of coast, interspersed with sandy beaches and pretty coves. The resorts have a traditional seaside atmosphere and are excellent for families, especially since the recent addition of the Universal Mediterranea theme park resort. There is also an aqua park at La Pineda.

Port Aventura Theme and Water Park takes approximately 1.5 km to the gate entrance. It is Europe's second largest adventure theme park and is owned by Universal Studio. The big ride is the Dragon Khan, with its 70mph first drop and eight inversions. The indoor / outdoor Costa Caribe, the Caribbean-themed water park, also has a beach area and is an ideal venue to cool off.
Aquopolis Water Park is nearby. It has one of the most modern dolphinariums in Europe. There is also Aqualand Safari and Water Park within easy reach.


Costa Dorada is also within easy reach of the ancient Roman city of Tarragona and the vibrant regional capital of Barcelona. Tourist attractions include Gaudi's Cathedral, the Picasso Museum, and Las Ramblas.

The Salou area

Salou is the biggest and most famous holiday resort along the Mediterranean Sea in Spain. Salou has a beautiful palm promenade with lots of shops, bars, restaurants and discos.On its own merits, Salou has become one of the main tourist centres on the Costa Dorada.

Along its extensive coast, protected by Cape Salou, miles of sandy, beautiful beaches and coves with fine sand give way to one another, enjoying an exceptional climate and offering infinite possibilities for enjoying the sea and for all kinds of water sports. The long Paseo de Les Palmeres is one of this town's most symbolic places, where leisure and fun are guaranteed. Salou's surroundings enable you to discover lovely landscapes or spend an unforgettable day at Port Aventura theme park, one of the largest in Spain.

When night falls, Salou concentrates a lively nightlife in and around this point, divided between its many terraces, bars, restaurants and discotheques.

Discover Salou
The Paseo de Les Palmeres, which runs parallel to the symbolic Llevant beach, is the town's main street. This long avenue - the main meeting place for the town's residents as well as for outsiders - brings together some of the principal tourist complexes. Along this busy walkway, lovely examples of Modernist architecture draw your attention, like the tower of Cal Bonet, and the monument erected in remembrance of King Jaime I, who chose the coast of Salou to set off for the conquest of Mallorca in the Middle Ages.

The stars of the local cuisine are the excellent fish and shellfish from the coast. So, the crustaceans from Cambrils and the langoustines from San Carlos de la Rápita enjoy fame and recognition. Romesco sauce (made with dried red peppers, tomatoes and almonds) serves to accompany both the vegetables from inland and the fish. Meanwhile, the province's extensive vineyards give rise to five interesting denominations of origin: Conca de Barberá, Penedés, Priorato and Terra Alta.
