A spacious holiday apartment located on the beach road just steps from the Mediterranean. IIdeal for romantic getaways, as well as family vacations in the sun.
The main living and dining area is on the first floor. It is decorated in attractive Spanish style with plush, comfortable couches, a brand new television, and a DVD and CD player. The linear kitchen has a full-size fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a generous amount of cupboard and counter space and a stove for cooking your Spanish-inspired meals
Three spacious bedrooms will sleep 8. The master bedroom contains a Queen-size bed, the 2nd bedroom has two single beds as well as a small patio, and the third contains bunk beds, perfect for adolescents and children, as well as a trundle bed suitable for 2 extra adults. The downstairs bathroom is complete with a bath/shower, wash basin, toilet and bidet. The upstairs bathroom has a toilet, washbasin as well as an extra shower.
In the garden area is a large pool, with a life guard on duty, reserved for Cala Verde residents and their guests (open July to mid September) Along the beach road are many charming little restaurants (Chiringuitas) with indoor and beach-side seating. Perfect for either lunch or dinner, these chiringuitas serve traditional Spanish specialties such as paella, as well as a large variety of appetizing seafood, pork and chicken dishes
Great nightlife is never far, with several bars and nightclubs along the beach. Here, you can sit with a drink on the beach, under the palm umbrellas and dance late into the night. Cafes, ice cream bars and the night market stalls can provide a variety of excuses for a late night stroll along the beach.

Conditions
A deposit of 50% of your total holiday cost is required upon booking and the remainder is due a month prior to your vacation. Arrangements can be made to pay the remainder in cash to our agent upon arrival .
A refundable security deposit of 100 euros is required upon arrival .This will be reimbursed upon inspection of the property just prior to your departure.
For guest arriving late in the evening, an emergency food pack can be provided for a nominal cost.
A baby cot, highchair and other baby necessities can be rented from our agent at very reasonable cost.
PLEASE NOTE : No smoking is permitted inside the apartment but there are two balconies with views that are perfect for this purpose

The ancient city of Granada with its magnificent Alhambra Palace is less than an hour away on an excellent highway . The spa town of Lanjaron is a short picturesque drive away and the quaint villages of the Alpujarra, where one can still see original crafts of the area being created, are located in the same vicinity
The Salobrena area
Salobrena is privileged to be close to many of Spain’s most picturesque, charming and historical, as well as sports oriented, tourist destinations. The Los Moriscos Golf Club with a lovely restaurant and terrace is just five minutes by car. The Sierra Nevada ski resort "Sol y Nieve", Spain's highest and most famous ski resort, is 90 minutes by car and gives residents the unique possibility of enjoying a morning of skiing… and then an afternoon of lounging on their terrace overlooking the Mediterranean. Outside of the ski season, the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains are ideal for picnics and hiking. The possibilities for sports are endless as there are lovely places to bike, hike , fish, scuba dive, sky dive, horseback ride,etc all within a minutes of Cala Verde
Salobrena enjoys the warmest and sunniest winters in Europe while benefiting from the most pleasant summers on the southern coast of Spain. This microclimate is made possible by the nearby Sierra Nevada mountain range which shields it from the extremes of summer heat and winter cold.
Another plus is Salobrena's truly Spanish culture and flavor, with foreigners still in the minority. Spanish traditions are not just alive on fiesta days but also on a daily basis. Even the charming tradition of serving free tapas with every drink, still exists in most bars.

Salobrena is about an hour's drive from three international airports ( Malaga, Granada and Almeria) where airlines such as Easyjet and Ryanair offer low - cost flights from many European cities.
From Malaga Airport follow the highway signs for Motril and Almeria .
When you pass Almunecar, Salobrena is the next town.
From Almeria or Granada, follow the signs to Motril and when nearing Motril follow the signs to Salobrena.
There is good bus service from Malaga and Granada to Salobrena.
Use the main entrance to Salobrena, which is just past the BP station if you are coming from Malaga and the first entrance if coming from Granada or Almeria. Turn right and follow the street to the beach road (Paseo Maritimo). Turn left and follow the beach road to Cala Verde Phase I, which is a green, six storey building across the road from the beach. Turn left into the road/driveway just past the Cala Verde I, between it and a large white apartment building. You may park in that road/driveway. There are only small restaurants on the beach side of the Paseo. Cala Verde I is just past the last one, the Peroba.
Portal 6 is an entrance down the side of the building, near the back. The entrance to Apartment 1B is up one floor from the main entrance.

We spent a very pleasant week !! The weather was fabulous, the rooms spacious and beds very comfortable.... unlike many places we've rented .Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed more of the local places to visit!!!

We had a wonderful time in your beautiful apartment! We did enjoy the beach, the village and our children and Luka, our grandson who spent a week with us. It was a great success.It was very quiet during the weeks we were in Salobrena, but during the weekends it was busy with all the people from Granada. The weather was very beautiful during our stay.

Thank you for arranging the apartment for us. We all had a fantastic time and the apartment was great. There was enough room for all 7 of us and the pool was paces away which meant the children could go there on their own and then on to the beach when the pool closed for the siesta.
Salobrena is great in the summer, the restaurants have locally caught fish and are deliciously fresh. Eating lunch on the beach was a favorite of ours and was a great way to while away the siesta.
We all had a fab time - thank you soooo much.
