About the home

It is quite secluded and enjoys unrivalled views over the sea, the coastal plain and Salobreña village. Dolphins are regularly seen from the terrace and one can hear the waves breaking on the rocks below. Below the terrace is the private swimming pool which is filled all year around, being able to fully enjoy the villa at any time. The main entrance leads to the lounge/dining room with TV, panoramic views of the sea and sliding doors to the upper terrace. The fitted kitchen has microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom and complete fitted wardrobe.

The climate ranges from 18 ºC in winter to 25 ªC in summer, so it is a wonderful weather to be able to enjoy any of the following:

Horse riding 750 m; sea 1 km; beaches, shops and village 3 kms; golf 5 kms; water skiing, paragliding 25 kms; diving, windsurfing, 15 kms; spa 10 kms, skiing (snow in Sierra Nevada) 90 kms, bar & restaurant 1 km. The location is wonderful to visit Malaga or Granada for the day, cities with centuries of wonderful history to discover.

This villa is reached by a 1km road under the Hotel Salobreña, which is located at km. 323 of the National Road 340, which goes from Cádiz to Almeria.

Granada also has an airport, but international flights arrive into Malaga.

There are buses from both Malaga and Granada, but the ideal is really to rent a car. There are several low-budget renting companies with offices at the airports.
