Home description
This villa is quite secluded and enjoys unrivalled views over the sea, the coastal plain and Salobreña town. Dolphins are regularly seen from the terrace and one can hear the waves breaking on the rocks below. Under the terrace there is a 200 m2 cool porche with ping-pong, ideal for relaxing. Both terrace and porche give onto the large private swimming pool, filled all year around. The house is surrounded by a 3.500 m2 slanted garden with pine trees and tropical plants.

The Costa Tropical/Granada region
The coast of Granada is very rocky. The mountains of Sierra Nevada have snow nearly all year round, which is beautiful to see, to walk and for skiing (90 kms). There are several tropical plant nurseries.
Salobrena area
The nearest Flamenco shows are in Almuñecar (15 kms) and sometimes at the Moorish Castle of Salobreña, which is regularly lit at night. Nerja has very famous caves, beaches and night life. There are several pintoresque villages in the mountains, such as Frigiliana. Granada and Malaga have centuries of wonderful history to discover.
How to get there
This villa is reached by a 1km road under the Hotel Salobreña, which is located at km. 323 of the National Road 340, which goes from Cádiz to Almeria. Granada also has an airport, but international flights arrive into Malaga. There are buses from both Malaga and Granada, but the ideal is really to rent a car. There are several low-budget renting companies with offices at the airports.

Further details indoors: The main entrance leads to the lounge/dining room with TV and fire place. The heating is with electric radiators. The lounge and bedrooms on the terrace floor face the panoramic views of the sea through sliding doors which may be closed with shutters. Bedrooms count with complete fitted wardrobes. The porche studio is only open if the house is occupied with more than 8 people, at 60 euros/night. Linnen and towels are changed weekly. Beach towels are not provided. House maid service may be provided at 12 euros/hour.
Further details outdoors: The climate ranges from 18 ºC in winter to 25 ªC in summer, so it is a wonderful weather to be able to enjoy any of the following:
Horse riding 750 m; sea 1 km; beaches, shops and village 3 kms; golf 5 kms; water skiing, paragliding 25 kms; diving, windsurfing, 15 kms; spa 10 kms, skiing (snow in Sierra Nevada) 90 kms. The location is wonderful to visit Malaga or Granada for the day.
