Casa Roca is a comfortable holiday villa with an interesting layout which offers privacy whilst not being off the beaten track. You approach the front door up a flight of steps, straight into the open plan lounge and dining area. This modern room has views out to sea and also leads to the kitchen and the first double bedroom. This bedroom has its own balcony access to the large terrace. Down a small flight of stairs, you access the main bathroom and another double bedroom. Again, this bedroom has access to its own balcony. From the small landing, descending some more stairs to the third double bedroom and second bathroom. This bedroom has direct access to a nice patio area in the main garden. For larger parties that want to stay at Casa Roca, there is a double sofa bed in the lounge and we can also arrange one of the bedrooms to sleep one additional person if necessary. The lounge opens onto the huge terrace surrounding the large swimming pool, with fantastic views in all directions. There are plenty of outside seating areas with four table and chairs sets and plenty of lounging furniture.

Again, this bedroom has access to its own balcony and ceiling fan. From the small landing, descending some more stairs to the third double bedroom and second bathroom. This bedroom has direct access to a nice patio area in the main garden.
For larger parties that want to stay at Casa Roca, there is a double sofa bed in the lounge and we can also arrange one of the bedrooms to sleep one additional person if necessary. Please just let us know what the best set up is for you, and we will do our best to accommodate.
The lounge has doors onto the balcony and terrace. The terrace is new and leads directly to the large tiled swimming pool. The terrace and garden areas provide ample room to relax and play. The views from the terrace are spectacular, the best on the Monte!

We can supply you with an arrivals pack in order to get your holiday off to a relaxing start, prices vary depending on requirements, just ask.
The villa is easy to find, but, we are happy to meet you locally and drive with you to the villa and show you around.
Arrival time is 4pm, departure time is 10am. We can be flexible if at certain times, we will advise prior to your arrival.
Smokers are welcome. But, please, no smoking inside. We have created a magnificent terrace where you can smoke.
Further details
We require a deposit of 50% on booking. This can be paid by bank transfer or with a credit card via Paypal. The remainder needs to be paid one month before your holiday
Please note that there is a 2% charge for payment by credit card via paypal.
A security deposit of 150 euros or sterling equivalent to cover possible damage or breakage will be deposited in cash upon your arrival . This will be returned on the day of departure after inspection.
Cancellation of a booking more than a month prior to arrival will be reimbursed in full, with deductions for costs incurred.
Any cancellations after that period, regardless of the reason, will be reimbursed at the following rates:
A month prior - 50% of total money deposited
Three weeks prior - 25% of total money deposited
Two weeks or less prior - No reimbursement.

BookThe Costa Tropical region
The Costa Tropical is the neighbouring coast to the Costa Del Sol. It has 300 days of sunshine a year, dolphins swimming in the sea, and an unspoilt feel so rare in Spain. Granada, with the Alhambra are a must see, and at less than an hours drive, are easily accessible. The nearby towns of Motril, Salobrena and Almunecar all have many shops and restaurants and Nerja is less than 30 minutes drive.
The Salobrena / Monte de Los Almendros area
Salobrena is a white washed town sitting on a rock on the southern coast of Spain. There is still a sugar cane factory in the town, the last surviving one on mainland Europe. The old town is a collection of narrow streets and secluded bars, we'll show you where they are ! If you love sea food, then the local fresh catches can be enjoyed in the many bars and restaurants in the town. There is a golf course, (club hire available) a sports park, water park and plenty of places to relax and watch the world go by.

If you are looking for a memorable amazing holiday look no further you have to stay at Casa Roca in Salobrena. We have had many villa holidays in the Costa Tropical particularly in the Salobrena area but Casa Roca ticked 'all' the boxes. You do get everything it says on the tin and much more.The views from the terrace are literally breathtaking and Casa Roca is probably one of handful of villas that has the advantage of undisturbed sunshine until 8pm in mid October! . Helene and Ian the owners are very accommodating and knowledgeable of the area and do everything they possibly can to make your stay perfect. |

We stayed in this house for one week; it is situated in an urbanisacion on a rather steep hill and a car is therefore absolutely necessary. With a car access to restaurants, beach, supermarkets and villages is easy and fast. The house is well equipped (utensils, bikes, etc) and nicely decorated. Despite the August heat and absence of airco we did not suffer due to the fact that many windows can be opened, allowing an almost always present breeze to cool the house. The view from the terrace is magnificent and the pool is wonderful. Ian and Helene prroved to be excellent hosts with great hospitality. They really took care to make our holiday life as easy as possible. Thanks!! |
