This is lovely, home-from-home villa with private pool just a short drive from the gorgeous lake-side town of Salò, Lake Garda. It is set in a quiet, residential area (absolutely no tourists) in the hills above Salò, facing Lake Garda with wonderful lake views. This is a great family holiday villa as it has its own large private pool, barbecue and terrace for outside dining, yet it is quick and easy to drive down the lake and visit Lake Garda's popular spots such as Gardaland theme and water parks, fabulous restaurants and boutiques in Salò and the spectacular scenery of Gardone Riviera and Sirmione.

The villa is nicely decorated and well-appointed, with spacious living room and incorporated kitchen, double bedroom, single bedroom with bunk beds and a large sofabed in the living room. There is a large, family size kitchen with every facility you need to make all your own meals in comfort.

One of the most attractive features of this villa is its privacy and exterior facilities. There is a large private swimming pool with plenty of space for sunbathing, playing and dining. Behind the property is a dense wood, so no-one overlooks the property and you'll enjoy total privacy.
The Lombardy / Lake Garda Area region
The beautiful lakeside towns around Lake Garda (Lago di Garda) have charmed foreign visitors for centuries. Even for the ancient Romans, the area was a luxury summer destination; in Sirmione and Desenzano you can visit ruins and mosaics that record their presence.
Lake Garda is located in the north-east of Italy, dividing the regions of Lombardy, the Veneto and Trentino Alto-Adige. The large lake is long and slim, stretching from north to south. The southern lakeshore is low, rolling land and fairly built-up. In contrast, the dramatic fjord-like northern end is surrounded by towering mountains and cliffs. Most of the lakeside towns are popular as holiday resorts; they differ in character but all are well-connected by boat services.
The Salo area
Stretching out along the Salò Gulf and sheltered from the wind, the town of Salò is the renowned port of entrance to the Limone Riviera. Salò has numerous tennis clubs, sailing clubs, and windsurfing and wakeboarding centres for you to choose from. Be sure to check out Salò's great designer shops, charming historic centre, wonderful restaurants, and its beautiful pebble beach.
Salò is widely considered the prettiest and most sophisticated lakeside town on Lake Garda, with the longest promenade of Lake Garda.
