Delightful modern, airy and spacious studio located 25 steps from Salis Beach. Stunning views of the Mediterranean and Alps. Easy frequent access to CANNES FILM FESTIVAL and MONACO GRAND PRIX. Within walking distance of Antibes town for local markets, shops and supermarkets. A good choice of restaurants in all price ranges. Easy access to NICE AIRPORT and TGV RAILWAY STATION. Ideally placed for exploring the coast from St Tropez to Italy.

The apartment is a large studio with a "night corner" (alcove for the bed). The studio is 30sq mtrs in size overall and has a separate kitchen and bathroom.

The sofa bed has two memory foam mattresses in addition to the normal support. According to our repeat guests, it is very comfortable.

Please note that 2 bath towels and bed linen for one bed are provided within the price. Linen for the use of the second sofabed will incur an extra charge.

Beach Towels are NOT provided.

The apartment has a large South facing balcony with a view over some pleasant gardens. Standing on one end of the balcony, one can see the sea with the Alps behind. Very pretty when there is snow at the top of the Alps (year round except July and August).

    We are sorry that you did not find the studio to your complete satisfaction. You have drawn particular attention to our “No Smoking” policy. With all due respect, our listing specifies this clearly and furthermore we reminded you of this before you booked when we sent you an email. You responded by email before booking that this was acceptable. Your comment that the studio is not equipped with a TV is accurate, but the Fridge does have a small freezer compartment. We find it hard to understand your complaint about a lack of shelf for toiletries when the bathroom is equipped with two large wall cabinets. We are surprised that you found the sofa bed narrow and low. When you left, your wife said that she had slept very well. Thank you for choosing our studio and your positive comments.
