About the home

A fully air-conditioned 9000sqft contemporary villa designed for Caribbean living, Akasha combines the best of modern living with the relaxed and content lifestyle of the Caribbean.

Every room, apart from the theatre, boasts spectacular views, with huge floor to ceiling windows and minimum distractions from the stunning vistas.

Featuring a state of the art Lutron lighting system, and whole home Crestron music and video distribution. You can relax by the pool with your favourite sounds delivered right from your iPod. From your bedroom or any of the other flat-panel TV's, choose a movie 'on demand' from the extensive library.

Akasha also boasts a 9 seat Theater with a 110" screen, able to screen high definition Blu-Ray DVD's. If choosing to watch a movie is not your scene, then utilize the games room and play some pool or a game of poker.

Take the elevator upstairs and entertain guests in the main bar area and listen to the sounds of the 1976 Yamaha Grand Piano that indulges you with music of your choice.

Akasha features a full security system, many details of which we cannot divulge, however, we can highlight that these features include, but are not limited to, a full alarm system with remote monitoring and armed response, complete CCTV system with off-site storage. We also feature full backup power supplies should grid power become unavailable.

Akasha boasts extensive terracing, over 4000sq ft, offering each suite its own individual outdoor space, along with a 'tiki hut' adjacent to the 'infinity' pool, with a Viking BBQ area and a swim up pool bar.

Guests find the best quality fixtures and fittings throughout the Villa Akasha. Kohler fixtures in every bathroom, Italian leather furniture and custom-made Italian kitchens from Scavolini.

Our staff are on hand to provide a discrete service, and make your stay at Akasha unforgettable. The Cap Estate region

The most exclusive residential estate on the island. This estate is in the north of the island and probably the driest part of the island. The villa is set high on a hill giving stunning views but only a few minutes from 3 super beaches.

Behind the villa the land is owned by the local National Trust and offers a few treks to the highest point on Cal Estate giving views out to Martinique and Atlantic Ocean. It is where the French and English would keep an eye on where their ships we sailing. The remains of an old fort can still be seen on the hill.

The Saline Point area

From Akasha you can reach 3 beaches within 5 minute drive, shopping mall, bars, restaurants and the night life with 7 minutes. The marina also offers some super shops.

The only 18 hole Championship golf course is about 3 minutes away.

Pigeon Island where the annual Jazz festival is held is only 5 minutes away, again this is owned by the local National Trust. The weekly Friday night jump up party in Gros Islet is again a mere 5 minutes drive away.

So you have access to all this but at the villa there is peace and you can hear the waves hitting the beach below.
