This attractive 4 bedroomed villa set in a secluded private garden is perfect for a small group or big family seeking a relaxing holiday in an excellent standard of accommodation. The villa has been tastefully decorated, using good quality furnishings and combining charm with modern convenience.The rim-flow heated pool gives a real "on top of the ocean" feeling.

The property is ideally located within walking distance of Salema which is a small friendly traditional Portuguese fishing village with its welcoming locals and choice of bars, cafes and restaurants. The resort has its own beautiful beach with many more within easy reach. There are several golf courses nearby including the famous Sir Henry Cotton-designed Penina.

The villa has 4 delightful en suite bedrooms, each with patio doors to the terrace or veranda and spectacular sea views. It can accommodate 8 people.

The open-plan spacious living/dining room has a gas fireplace and a large flat screen TV with sky channels, DVD and surround sound and patio doors leading to the swimming pool and garden and overlooking the ocean.

The large new kitchen is fully equipped and leads to a covered terrace with dining and lounge furniture and gas barbecue.

In the basement there is a fully fitted gym with Pilates equipment and a flat screen TV.

All rooms are fully air-conditioned, and there is access to wireless internet, telephone and fax.

Conditions

The maximum number of people staying at the villa is 8.
Only people booked by name are permitted in and on the property and use of the facilities.
A deposit of 50% with booking is requested and 50% is due 3 months before arrival. A damage deposit of 750 GBP is also required which is refundable 7 within days after departure.
No refunds. A cancellation/travel insurance is advised.
No children under the age of 12 permitted.
Check in is at 14.00 pm and check out at 10.00 am
