The 2 bedroomed apartment offers a bright and airy open plan living area with kitchen leading out onto a sunny balcony covering two elevations. There are two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower.
The one bedroomed apartment consists of lounge/dining area, separate kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and sea facing balcony again on two elevations.
Both apartments are front line with stunning views.

Please note: Both apartments have very large balconies/terraces with plenty of seating and dining area.
Although we do not have allocated parking, there is plenty of free parking in front of the apartments.

Conditions
These apartments are strictly no smoking.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure dates with balance due 6 weeks prior to travel. A breakages deposit of £150 is also required, refundable 10 days after departure. Any damages over and above the security amount will be charged for plus any costs incurred.
Once all payments have been cleared, directions and details of access will be released.

The Western Algarve has something for everyone. There are miles of safe golden beaches, ancient Moorish towns and picturesque villages. There are plenty of activities for both adults and children. In the busier town of Lagos just 15 mins drive away, with its cobbled streets and a history going back beyond Henry the Navigator, there are numerous good restaurants, busy bars and a fabulous marina complex.
The Salema area
Salema is a very relaxed fishing village with many of the traditional aspects still present. There are beach cafes and restaurants, a convenience store and a handful of small shops within walking distance. A large well stocked supermarket and bakery are just a 5 min drive away in the next village. Parque Da Floresta golf course, tennis courts and spa less than 5 mins drive. Boa Vista golf course a 10 mins drive. Watersports, Waterpark, Horseriding and tennis all within short drive.
