Our villa is located 15 km from the nearest airport. Villa Yasmine is a large, comfortable, colourful house with a direct view onto the Atlantic ocean. This luxurious 5 bedroom villa is located in the popular town of Salé (near Rabat) The spacious villa contains 2 large open plan kitchen-dining rooms, 3 comfortable lounges and 2 separate TV rooms.It has 3 bathrooms.

Outside, the 2 terraces offer outdoor dining furniture and BBQ's - perfect for dining on the warm Moroccan evenings!

The villa has two floors and is divided into 2 separate apartments, with own front-doors and own facilities. Each 'apartment' has a separate kitchen and bathroom with toilet.

Salé and Rabat are packed with great restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as plenty of shops and places of historical interest. Several family friendly beaches including Plages des Nations are located within 10 minutes of our villa and offer fantastic water sports facilities. The renowned Royal Golf Course is in a 15 minutes drive.

The Rabat, Morocco region

Villa Yasmine is located on the outskirts of Salé, the satellite village of Rabat. Our villa is in a recently built in a calm area on the outskirts of Salé at the Coastline. In the vicinity there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy water sports including sailing, windsurfing and swimming.

There are also several excellent golf courses nearby. The nearby towns of Rabat, Salé and Kenitra are great for shopping and are packed with museums and art galleries as well as other attractions as the Exotic Gardens of Bouknadel, The Kasbah des Oudayas, the Mohamed V mausoleum and Hassan Tower.

Rabat is the main capital and governmental city of Morocco. Salé is the city where the Royal family resides, it has a nice sea climate. Salé is north of Rabat and Rabat and Salé are divided by a river, the Bouregreh. Rabat and Salé are packed with great restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as plenty of shops and places of historical interest, also in the neighbourhood you find several family friendly beaches.

Hay Arsat is a calm and tranquil area.

We recommend our customers to rent a car on-site (not on the airport, because the rental rates on the airports are slightly higher than on-site) Our local guardian can assist you acquiring a car at a local rental service.

Rental rates vary according to seasons and include basic utilities.
On arrival there will be a full gas supply in the gas-bottles. When this supply is empty you will have to change it. The moment you leave the villa we will ask you to leave a full supply of gas in the bottles again.

The villa has a guardian / concierge who is staying 24 / 7 in the house

in the villa (ground floor and top floor apartment together) we can accept up to 10 adults and a couple of children (more information to be received on demand)

Guests are asked to observe the no-smoking rule inside the house: there are plenty of outside areas where smoking is permitted

it is possible to use the house for parties but special arrangements apply, please contact us for details

Beautiful villa, delivering everything promissed, AND MORE!!!
The pictures on the internet site give good impressions, on site everything is better than the pictures might have let you dream of.....
Very clean and superb maintained property, stocked out with brand new furniture.

Thank you to every one contributed and helped us,and maked us feel at home,when we arrived (airport service, and on site: with tables set with fresh flowers and cookies and tea) until we left (good airport-services) this nice villa,it was amazing experience in there,we was very pleased with the guard (Mohammed) who was more helpfull then we expected. Thank you all :staf, owner very professional, we like to come back again.Very recommended place.
I would really like to recommend this villa to anyone leaving for Morocco, BEST BUY!! High quality stay for good prices!!!

notre séjour en votre belle villa dans Salé était fabuleux, non seulement l'endroit est superbe, également les environnements sont simplement enchantés. Nous avons vraiment aimé la tour de Hassan, le mausolée et le Chellah, l'Oudeija est également une attraction à ne pas manquer ! Pour ne pas oublier, les multiples souks à Rabat et Salé… Tous ensemble, nous avons eu un séjour splendide dans une villa fabuleuse. Même le personnel local et le propriétaire ont fait leur meilleur d'extrême pour rendre notre séjour aussi plaisant qu'il était ! You really deliver QUALITY !
although you mention the ground floor apartment is only for 4 persons, it is really spacious, i think you can allow up to 8 persons in this apartment without any trouble.
Your descriptions are good, but in our opinion your villa is MUCH BETTER than any description we have found on your site.
After our diverse trips in Morocco your villa was the one that was the nicest, cleanest, most spacious and that delivered the most for the best price!!!
I specially want to thank you and your on-site guardian and manager for the kind of service delivered. Even at the first day of our stay we have had a free of charge lift to the nearest supermarket by your on-site manager!
We would really recommend the Rabat area to anyone and especially would like to recommend VILLA YASMINE.
We are considering returning to Morocco sometime soon for 3 weeks and we will surely like to stay in your property again.
Rabat has nice beaches and plenty of interesting tourist attractions!
We especially liked the Kasbah of Oudeijas and the Chellah

Although my stay in your villa was ultimately short (3 days) I had a extremely fantastic stay (hamdoullah).

I still want to thank you for the services you have offered, and for the extreme best you did to let us feel at home. Your villa has largely exceeded all first impressions acquired on the internet site.
Not only it's a hugely wide apartment, the furniture is very tasteful.
