1 Garden Apartment is located in the Prospect House development which holds a stunning position perched on a cliff top above Start Bay, it is adjacent and within a few minutes' walk from Hallsands Beach. The Prospect House Estate is an award winning New England style development completed in 2008.

Internally, the property is modern and offers white oak flooring in the bright open plan living, kitchen and dining area. 1 Garden Apartment has under floor gas central heating in the living areas and the bedrooms. The property offers country views as well as views of the swimming pool and gardens. Externally, the secure furnished patio and gravel garden is ideal for al fresco dining, with planted lavender, olive trees and other coastal plants.

Prospect House has a sheltered communal garden to the rear, a heated outdoor pool area and a full size tennis court. There is also has a large communal garden at the front of the building with the dining area and benches overlooking the whole bay. Prospect House sits directly by the South West Coastal path which leads to the unspoilt beach of Hallsands. Further along the path leads to the village of Beesands with the excellent local Inn and a Shellfish beach bar both of which offer fantastic food. From Prospect House to Beesands is approximately 20 minute walk or seven - ten minute drive.

There are many towns and villages to explore in the area that are ideal for day trips. Including, the market town of Kingsbridge and the picturesque town of Salcombe offering many water based activities and beaches to enjoy. Torcross and Slapton are approximately four miles away with the spectacular coastal road leading onto the town of Dartmouth. Dartmouth is where you will find a great selection of boutiques, cafes and high quality restaurants offering the catch of the day.

Head towards the coast and you will be greeted with an amazing selection of golden beaches and hidden coves. For the adventurous among us, water sports are available at many of the larger beaches while the smaller coves offer a peaceful retreat and are perfect for relaxing with a good book and a picnic.
