LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A bright and spacious room on the ground floor with superb estuary outlook, two two-seater comfortable sofas, cosy gas log burning stove, television, DVD and video player, large dining table and six chairs to one end of the room.
KITCHEN AREA Fully fitted in a white, 'shaker' style with 4-ring gas hob, electric oven and grill, extractor, freezer, fridge, dishwasher, and Indesit washer/dryer. Solid oak worktop and microwave.
BEDROOMS Two on the lower ground floor; master bedroom with 5' bed and washbasin. Second bedroom with double bed with single 3' bunk over, door to patio/gardens overlooking the estuary; washbasin and shaverpoint. N.B. Duvets and pillows provided. Tenants require bed linen and towels.
BATHROOM Lower ground floor with bath and shower over, hand basin and w.c.
OUTSIDE Landscaped rear patio and lawned garden with occasional furniture. Outside shower (Summer only) and barbeque.
PARKING * A seasonal parking permit is available valid from 30 March 2012 for 6 months.
OTHER INFORMATION Stripped new floors, doors and furniture. Carpeted throughout bedrooms and largely double-glazed. Gas central heating and hot water.

Accessed internally from the second bedroom having also an external right of way from Courtenay Street, a level garden stone lined walled borders providing excellent space for outside entertaining, BBQ’s, etc or simply a quieter place to enjoy lovely estuary views and the summer sun during the high season.
Out side shower in the summer, come in straight from the beach & shower off the kids before they get inside.
Public Park just across the street with swings slides for the kids & great for letting the dog let off steam too!
The West Country region
Salcombe is extremely popular as a sailing holiday destination, boasting a fabulous harbour and many facilities for boating enthusiasts. Indeed the annual sailing Regatta brings thousands to the town every year. Salcombe also has two beaches, North Sands and South Sands, both of which remain unspoilt and are perfect for sailing, surfing, swimming, sandcastle building, rock pooling or simply relaxing! Try crabbing on the quayside with a locally made ice cream, explore the National Trust gardens at Overbecks or for something more exhilarating, walk along the South West Coast Path and enjoy the breath-taking views out to sea. The town offers shops ranging from the butchers and bakery, to independent boutiques and designer clothing outlets.The main Fore Street also boasts many fabulous restaurants, offering fresh, locally caught seafood, including delicious South Devon crab.
There is a superb range of water and land based activities. You can learn to sail, hire a dinghy to explore the many creeks and beaches around the estuary, go scuba diving, canoeing/kayaking, power boating, surfing, fishing and horse riding, to name but a few! For a more leisurely holiday, take a scenic boat trip, walk the coastal paths or enjoy lazing on one of the many beautiful beaches. If the weather should disappoint, you will find plenty of interesting tours and fun things to do under-cover, to keep the whole family entertained.

"A lovely house in a beautiful place"
We spent a lovely week in Salcombe. What a beautiful place! The house was in a great location and was very comfortable inside. It had everything a family would need for the week and the balcony at the back was a real bonus, as was the garden! The outdoor shower was very useful after days out at the beach. Our children really loved the house and garden and having a park opposite the house was a very nice surprise. We would highly recommend this house for a relaxed family holiday.
