Spacious 3 bedroom apartment in Salcombe with fabulous views over the Estuary and out to sea.

Situated within five minutes walk of the shops, above the old Marine hotel (now Salcombe Harbour Hotel), and looking out towards Smalls beach on the East Portlemouth side of the estuary the flat, refurbishment of which was completed in March 2012, comfortably sleeps six in one double room with ensuite shower and two twin rooms served with a family bathroom. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, dryer, sink and loo, and free parking for one car. The flat has broadband internet and wi-fi.

On the coast of the beautiful South Hams region of Devon, Salcombe is a paradise for holiday makers of all ages. It enjoys its own micro-climate, often basking in sun when a few miles inland is cloud covered, and is surrounded by National Trust land, great coastal walks and beaches. You can walk, sail, potter around in boats, eat out and enjoy yourself with minimal effort. There is a good links golf course at nearby Thurlestone, or you can just stay in the flat and take delight in the views and activity on the water.

Kingsbridge is less than 15 minutes away, Totnes, on the Dart, about a 30 minute drive and Plymouth and the moors, about 40 minutes.

"Views worth a million"

Fantastic property in a fantastic location, just a short stroll from the centre of town. Well equipped property with everything you need, comfortable beds. The highlight is the views from the property… More
