Wireless Broadband available. Dining area with extending dining table and chairs to seat six. Well equipped kitchen with built in electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer, leading to the conservatory with small breakfast table and doors leading out towards the patio and garden. Ground floor cloakroom with WC.

First floor master bedroom with 5ft king sized double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, twin bedroom with 3ft single beds, wardrobe and drawers, bunk room with 3ft bunk beds -room only suitable for children. Please note this room is narrow and space is restricted. Family bathroom with bath and shower over, WC, basin and bidet. Enclosed wooden staircase to attic twin bedroom with 3ft single beds with flat screen TV, fitted cupboards and chest of drawers and views towards the estuary. En suite shower room with countertop basin, shower cubicle and WC.
