Modernised throughout with all the facilities required by discerning holidaymakers it features an open plan living area and modern kitchen which opens onto a rear garden with terraces and sloping lawn. Upstairs there are two doubles, a twin and a bunk bedroom as well as a bathroom, en suite shower room, wet room and attic cloakroom. The town itself is a great place to visit with sandy beaches, plenty of pubs and restaurants, shops and a lively café atmosphere meaning that you will never be short of things to keep all ages entertained and the boating and yachting activity on the water provides an entertaining and ever changing backdrop to this bustling town.

Wet room with shower, hand basin and WC. Small rear conservatory which opens onto the rear garden. First floor: family bathroom with shower, bath, hand basin and WC. Front double bedroom with 6ft link double and en suite shower room with hand basin and WC. Twin room with two 3ft beds. Second floor in attic space: twin bedroom with two 3ft beds and en suite cloakroom with hand basin and WC. Bunk bedroom with two 3ft bunk beds.
