Marine Cottage, a handsome and exceedingly comfortable, detached family town house, is situated in a quiet part of the town, 500 yards up from the old part of Salcombe. Gleaming polished pine floors, attractive rugs, superb bed linen, fine soft furnishings and the stunning estuary views combine to make this a very comfortable and covenient house in the centre of Salcombe. Marine Cottage provides very flexible accommodation, it is ideal for extended families, but in low and mid seasons it can be a cosy and very comfortable property for 2 or 4 people.

Second floor; most attractive studio bedroom that has superb panoramic 270 degree views from the floor to ceiling windows, over the estuary towards Kingsbridge, South Pool, Goodshelter, East Portlemouth, Blanksmill and Frogmore Creek, including the surrounding hills. From here a further gate at the side of the property opens to the paved patio area provided with built-in barbecue, teak table and chairs and extends out to a lawn edged with shrubs, palm trees and access to the double parking bay at the rear.
