Second floor; most attractive studio bedroom that has superb panoramic 270 degree views from the floor to ceiling windows, over the estuary towards Kingsbridge, South Pool, Goodshelter, East Portlemouth, Blanksmill and Frogmore Creek, including the surrounding hills. "Disappointing - not as we had hoped"
Garden much smaller than seems in photos. Well proportioned house - but notices everywhere! Chipped crockery and pages ripped out of the guest book......Owners very unhelpful - we were a key short for… More
Hi, we are sorry to hear that you had some issues with the property during your stay. The garden is in fact quite a large one for Salcombe (with property prices as high as London!)but apologies if the pictures made it seem larger. The crockery will be replaced.
Regarding the key, sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused but it is our policy to have one key (and normally a key safe) to ensure that keys are not lost.
We hope you did enjoy your stay and that we can welcome you back to the South West soon.
