'The Bolthole' is fully equipped with all the necessary items you would need to provide that home-from-home experience. The finest quality Egyptian cotton linen and towels are provided with Cole & Lewis toiletries. Three out of the four bedrooms are en-suite and there is a separate family bathroom with a free standing bath.
A large decking area with rattan furniture, a sunken dining area with fire pit and a 7-seater spa hot-tub make the most of alfresco living. A welcome pack with essentials to get your holiday off to a relaxing start greets you upon your arrival and we can arrange for travel cots/ stair-gates and high chairs to be provided if required. Every booking is personally assessed and tailored to suite the requirements of the individuals staying .

It's boutique shops, sandy beaches, cosy cafes and restaurants all add to our' South Hams haven. &Thurlestone Golf Courses are within easy reach, and can be seen from both rooms. Bolberry Down "Bolt Head / Bolt Tail" is ideal for those windswept cliff top walks.

The property has parking for 3 cars, and whilst located down a narrow lane on an incline, it is typical of the area. The property is quirky with a summer house in the garden which acts as a utility and play room. The dwelling has a great lounge to relax in with an open plan family kitchen, sitting area and dining area which works well with families of all ages. The kitchen is well equipped and could not have asked for any more utensils or pans.Outside there is a fab hot tub, fire pit and bbq to while away the summer evening whether cold or warm. Well appointed bedrooms, a ground floor one has a quirky ensuite (no door to bedroom) and an interesting glass block wall for the shower to the garden. The upstairs ensuite bedrooms are height restricted but are fitted out in a very efficient manner. A great family home with enough room for individuals to escape to their own space. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful, living very close by and available if you have any queries. Highly recommended, we rented this for a week after staying as bed and breakfast guests two years earlier, what more can we say? |

50% deposit required by Bank transfer to secure the booking.Cancellations made on weekly bookings of the whole house are as follows: ¬ 25% of the total balance price will be charged for cancellations made outside the six week period before the start of the rental date. ¬ 50% of the total balance price will be charged for cancellations made within the six weeks prior to the start of the rental date. A refundable security deposit of £500 will be charged at the date of the final balance payment. This will be refunded within a week of the departure date as long as no damage to the property has been incurred.
