The accommodation has been elegantly furnished to provide modern contemporary living combined with panoramic lake views from an elevated position above the medieval village of Sala Comacina.
The apartment is located on the Greenway del lago di Como* off a quiet no-through road approximately 500 metres from the lake shore with an extensive terrace for outdoor entertaining together with a small garden that is sunny and quiet.
The accommodation is suitable for six adults in three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin). There is also a sofa bed in the large living room. Underground parking is provided together with a lift to the apartment.

The Lombardy / Lake Como Area
Lake Como is set within the Lombardy region and is known for its beauty as well as its great cooking and excellent wine. The area has spectacular scenery with a wealth of history, culture, villas and gardens attracting discerning travellers from all over the world. Some of the villas along the lake shore are homes for celebrities, explorers and wealthy Milanese and have provided film locations for movies such as Casino Royale, Oceans Twelve and Star Wars.
The climate is ideal for a wide variety of outdoor summer activities including sightseeing, summer water sports, as well as winter skiing and snow boarding (St Moritz approx 90 kms). Public transport is via the lake ferry system and buses.
Sala Comacina area
Sala Comacina is a medieval village with narrow alleys and a village square bordering the lake front. The village has its own beach providing easy access into the lake for swimming. It is located on the western shore opposite Isola di Comacina, midway between Como Town at the southern end and Menaggio to the north. The village has a church, bars and restaurants, small shops including a butcher and a bank as well as a lake steamer / ferry service providing easy access to other lakeside villages and towns. A large supermarket is a short drive.
Lido di Lenno is approximately 2km away, the exclusive beach is one of a handful that has sand. The Lido is a popular place in the day for beach lovers, and equally as popular in the evening when it is transformed at sunset into a plush bar ideal for aperitif and then into the evening for restaurant food and lastly open air disco.
Activities include: tennis, water skiing, kayaking, boating, windsurfing, parasailing, horse riding, golf, fishing, walking and hiking, visits to villas and gardens restaurant listings provided by owners lake tours available by using ferries or by arranging motor boat hire on request. shopping for giftware, clothing, shoes, jewellery, linen, silk, handbags and leather goods at Menaggio, Bellagio and Como. For sports lovers there is ample choice with tennis, golf and horse riding close by whilst further a field there is windsurfing (25km) and Skiing Resorts (150 km).
