The newly constructed (2007) apartment is set in an elevated position within a quiet sunny area, on an unmade no through road, close to the lake (500 metre), suitable accommodation for 5 adults or families

Large first floor apartment (90 sq m) fully furnished with large terrace (40 sq m) and fabulous lake views overlooking Isola Comacina and Bellagio

The apartment has 3 rooms (2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and 2 bathrooms one housing the washing machine) and sleeps up to 5 people. Bedroom1 located on the same floor as the lounge/kitchen and bathroom has a kingsize bed whilst bedroom2 (also containing a king size bed is located in the Mansard (attic) along with the second bathroom and space to locate an additional single bed. The Living area contains a double sofa armchairs and TV. The open plan kitchen area contains fitted units and house an oven, grill, 4 hotplates, fridge freezer, dishwasher dining table and chairs. The Living room opens onto a large terrace (40 sq. m) and has outstanding lake views overlooking Isola Comacina and Bellagio.

Lake Como has bee loved as holiday destination by lots of travellers, thanks to the beauty of its landscapes, its charming villas looking onto the lake and its typical ancient villages.
The climate is perfect for water based activities as well as winter sports snowboarding and skiing.

The Sala Comacina area

Sala Comacina is a medieval village on the western shore of the lake midway between Como Town (South of the lake) and Menaggio (centre of the lake). The village centre boasts restaurants, where you can sample typical lake cooking, shops, a bank, boat and ferry service and a few bars.

“Stunning apartment with incredible lake side views” We spent one weeks holiday at this fantastic apartment and had a superb holiday. The views are quite simply bewitching and the apartment is light, airy and spacious. I was impressed with the professional service that we received from Mike during the booking process, and Gemma was exceedingly efficient when we needed her help. We hired a boat to explore the coast of Lake Como; a memory that will live with us for a very long time. The local restaurants are excellent. Most notably we loved the food at 'Il Cris' which was very reasonably priced and enjoyed relaxing on it's many garden terraces. The 'Sala Comacina' was also a favourite, with it' lakeside balcony for al resco dining. The children loved swimming in Lake Como and we visited the local Lido on many occasions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this wonderful apartment and I genuinely hope to return at some point.
