Alba is set in an elevated position within a quiet sunny tranquil area on secondary no through road. The location of the apartment provides outstanding lake views yet very close to the lake. A particular feature of Alba is the terrace and large large garden set to two sides which is bathed in sun throughout the day and where clients can relax and enjoy breathtaking views

Alba has 3 rooms (2 bedrooms a lounge/kitchen and a bathroom) and sleeps up to 5 people (4 adults 1 child). The main bedroom has a King size bed, the single bedroom has 2 single bed and 1 pull out bed. The living area contains modern fixtures and fittings with 2 sofas, dining table chairs and benefits from TV/DVD ipod dock and cd player. The self contained kitchen area includes a fridge/freezer, oven, hob and dishwasher and large patio doors which opens onto to the terrace having the affect of bringing the outside in.
Outside facilities include sunloungers, chairs and table ideal for clients to enjoy al fresco dining. There is also off road parking and a private garage and located just below the Alba is the shared pool

Sala Comacina is a medieval village on the western shore of the lake midway between Como Town (South of the lake) and Menaggio (centre of the lake). The village centre boasts restaurants, where you can sample typical lake cooking, shops, a bank, boat and ferry service and a few bars.
