Bathroom on the floor with bath-tub of angle. The house has a large terrace in front of the swimming pool, a garage for a car and an external carpark being able to receive 4 cars, a bowls ground beside the carpark. Appendices: Corner wash-house in front of the bathroom on the ground floor with washing machine and tumble-dryer. Meter EDF, cumulus and tap water arrival in the garage. Swimming pool: private swimming pool of Roman type of 4 X 7m with its beach in pavement and washed concrete, and WC the whole bordered of lawn and shrubs. The water treatment of the swimming pool is automatic. Safety: the swimming pool is equipped with an electronic warning system for detection of accidental fall of children.

The balance will be versed at the time of the handing-over of the keys. In the event of loss, the tenants will have a fixed price of 100 euros for replacement). A guarantee of 500 euros will be requested from the handing-over of the keys. The renting can receive the maximum number people mentioned. In the event of going beyond without authorization, this contract will be automatically cancelled. The object of the renting is furnished, equipped. The mattresses are provided with draw sheets, pillows (40X60), thwarts 90, 140, 160, of feather beds and covers (220X240 for the beds of 160 and 140, feather beds and covers 140X200 for the others. Is the hiring of the linen of bed possible but you must tell it in advance and phone to know the tariffs. (Between 10 and 15 euros by bed). The bathroom linen is not provided. Cloths of kitchen are servided. In theory, the tenants must do the housework and return the house in the same state as it was when they arrived. So not, they will pay a fixed price of 70 euros of household. The tenant commits himself to leave the renting in good condition and to replace or be paying the various equipment in the event of loss or of deterioration (these expenses are taken on the guarantee envisaged for this purpose. If the damage is higher than its amount, of course, the tenant commits himself pouring the complement. An inventory of fixtures will be carried out at the exit, the following which the guarantee will be returned completely if no damage is to be regretted. The renting will be cancelled in fact if in the 24 hours which follow the date of arrival envisaged, the tenants did not present themselves. The tenants are responsible for the thefts in the house. An insurance is however advised
