The garden (6000m²) is very nice. It is full of flowers (lauriers, etc.), various plants and giant pine trees..

Two bicycles may be made available under certain conditions.

The Provence region

With more than 300 days of sunshine a year Sainte-Maxime offers all the charm of Provence while allowing to enjoy the sea, the beach, the nature (Maures mountains), the history of an ancient town but also all facilities that a town which lives the whole year can offer. It is close to Saint -Tropez (16km) by car or boat (regular navettes), Saint Raphael (26 km) or Lagarde-Freinet.

Everybody will find his pleasure : sea, country side , mountains ( the magnificent Massif des Maures and the red Massif de l'Estérel), all sports (all nautical sports, golf, horse riding,....), gastronomy, history, night-life... Finally the inland is as beautiful as the coast ....

Sainte-Maxime is composed of an old part and a more recent one wherein you will find nice restaurants & bars, a nice port and several beaches as well as nice shopping areas.

The town is fantastic for sport and tourist activities and is very close to Saint-Tropez (by car or by boat - navette every 15 ' to 60' depending on the season). In the winter you may be golfing since there are several famous golf resorts in- or close to Sainte-Maxime or be sailing .

Finally Sainte-Maxime is not far from the sky pistes (90 minutes by car only - eg: Isola 2000 or Gréolières des Neiges) so that it is also a very nice destination for a winter break or to spend the year end holidays.

"Extremely spacious house with lovely pool and gardens"

Traditional very large house with lots of space for extended family. Lovely living areas with two kitchens and a great summer kitchen by the pool. Beds very comfortable with good quality linen. Gardens and flowers very well kept. Exceptionally large pool (best one ever) lots of sunloungers and patio space. Very easy access to Ste Maxime (a very well kept town). 5/10 minutes by car, 25 minute walk. Highly recommended. Owner very helpful and friendly.

"fabulous time"

we have just returned from a great family holiday the villa and grounds were fantastic, a great eating area / fridge and cooking facilities at the pool, which was great for lunch, there were 2 pools 1 unheated but where we spent all our time as it was 86 degrees the only problem was that even though it stated air con ,there was only 1 unit in the lounge and 1 in the anex lounge. The reason it was booked was that it had air con because we had my 87 tear old father with us who had great difficulty sleeping as the bedrooms in the main house did get very hot, i was in the upstairs master bedroom but ended up sleeping on the sofa All in all it was a great place and we would be rebooking it next year if it had air con in the bedrooms

Fix airco is always been available in the living areas and mobile airco is always been available on demand for the bedrooms. Unfortunately this gentleman did not ask for it so that its stay could have been perfect.
