This large luxury villa has breath taking view to the Mediterranean Sea and Esterel Mountains. Villa is big enough for 10-12 persons. Villa has numerous advantages: there are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 separate WCs, 2 living rooms - one of the with a fireplace, dining room, 2 big terraces, 1 balcony. Every room in the villa has an entrace to the big terraces facing the sea and the rocks.
Big swimming pool will refresh our guests in the sunny days and exotic garden with big palms and exotic flowers will be the perfect place for cooling down. Sandy beach is just approximately 1 km away from the villa. Enjoy your luxury holidays on the French Riviera!
Ground floor has 4 bedrooms: first bedroom has double bed, second - 2 single beds side by side and child bed, third - double bed and forth - double bed. There are also 2 bathrooms: first with bath and second with shower and WC. There is 1 separate WC on the floor as well. Guest can gather in a nice spacious living room on the same floor. Every room has an entrance to the big terrace with a swimming pool and a view to the Mediterranean Sea.
On the first floor there is second big living room with fireplace and dining room area with an open fully equipped kitchen. The floor has separate WC. On this floor as well as on the ground floor every room has an entrance to the big terrace facing the sea and the mountains.
On the second floor there is master bedroom with big double bed. Room has a small balcony with a view to the sea and the rocks. Master bathroom with bath and WC is just beside the bedroom.

• The rest of the lease price, according to “La Farrell's” duties towards the owner of the villa/castle/lodge, must be paid to “La Farrell” latest 6 weeks before arrival;
• In case the order is submitted later than 60 days before the start of the lease, the entire price must be paid immediately;
• In case the entire amount is not paid on time, “La Farrell” has a right without a warning to cancel the lease contract.
