Saint Raphael / Agay area

Payment method:
Only rent price shall be paid by bank transfer. Extra costs and safety deposit (900 euro) shall be paid to the representative of the owner on arrival date in cash or can be transferred as well. Safety deposit will be paid back after the owner checks the villa and reassure that there were no damages in the villa.

• “La Farrell” sends a lease certification. In relation with that, 25 % of the lease price becomes due (we expect You to pay the invoice within 14 days);
• The rest of the lease price, according to “La Farrell's” duties towards the owner of the villa/castle/lodge, must be paid to “La Farrell” latest 6 weeks before arrival;
• In case the order is submitted later than 60 days before the start of the lease, the entire price must be paid immediately;
• In case the entire amount is not paid on time, “La Farrell” has a right without a warning to cancel the lease contract.
