Indoor Luxury: Villagolf is a traditional Provencal villa with an open architecture connecting levels and rooms to a coherent 210 m2 living space. Whether you visit Villagolf as one or two families, you will quickly appreciate the quality of materials like Italian marble and start enjoying the luxury of Villagolf.
Outdoor Living The 235 m2 outdoor terraces are designed for different purposes and states of mind be it activity around the pool, the 5 o’clock Pastise, cozy family dinner, or quitely reading a book. The blend of sun and shades combined with the choice of exquisite materials will make you feel comfortable and privileged.
The terraces are located in two main levels and built with Italian marble tiles. The upper level terrace is divided in to three areas: a court yard ; a dining area; and a terrace with outdoor sofa and club chairs
The 125m2 pool area includes a pool with mandatory alarm, a pool house with fitness room and an outdoor kitchen with bar – this terrace will easily be the centre of your vacation.
You will soon appreciate the outdoor kitchen with its Australian BeefEater barbeque, refrigerator and dish washing machine. During day time you can prepare snacks and cold drinks while evenings can be spent enjoying cozy dinners in the glow of the lit-up pool and garden.

Whether you visit Villagolf as one or two families, you will quickly appreciate the quality of materials and interior and start enjoying the luxury of Villagolf.
On the ground floor of Villagolf you will find an American kitchen opening up to a dining room which again leads on to a living room with a fire place. In this area you will find one of the three bathrooms. Also on the ground floor you will benefit from a bedroom with own bathroom, a washing room and an office. If you need to mix business and pleasure, you will be happy to find a PC in the office connected to ADSL via a wireless LAN. We however, recommend you to spend most of your time in Villagolf on pleasure!
On the first floor, Villagolf provides 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a mezzanine leading on to an outdoor terrace with a superb view of the entire valley. In total, Villagolf provides 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 adults and an additional baby (baby cradle/bed available).
Below we have included a few details on each of the rooms to help you appreciate the Indoor Luxury of Villagolf:
* The living room, which has a fire place, is mainly furnished with two leather sofas and equipped with tv, dvd player, cd player, and radio.
* The space in the dining room is mostly taken by a 2 m long Provencal dining table - extendable to 2,90 m - with 10 chairs.
* The office has a desk, a book shelf and most importantly a PC with ADSL connection.
* The kitchen decorated with beige marble is fully equipped with ceramic cooking plate, oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dish washer and a coffee machine. With the delicious Mediterranean provisions, you have all you need to cook an excellent dinner.
* The four bedrooms have all but one king-size beds consisting of two 2,0m by 0,9m beds with the remaining bed being a queen-sized bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes with solid oak tree doors and light inside.
* The three bathrooms are all tastefully designed in Provencal style with marble décor and furniture.
* The washing room is located next to the kitchen and has been kept in a similar style as the kitchen. It includes a washing machine and dryer as well cupboards for storing vacuum cleaning and other cleaning devices and material.

Arrival and Departure Times
Normal arrival time is Saturday after 16.00, and departure is also Saturday but before 10.00. Later departure may incur an extra cost. If you plan to arrive at a time other than the normal, you are expected to inform us two weeks in advance at the latest so that agreement on other plans may be made.
Address, key and itinerary
After we have received the total rent, we will send you a detailed itinerary and let you know how to get the keys.
Reservation and payment
A down payment of 30% of the total rent must be paid within 5 days after the initial reservation. This payment confirms and ensures your reservation. The remaining 70% must be paid at the latest 4 weeks prior to arrival. If reservation is made within 4 weeks of the arrival date, then reservation can only be made by payment of rent in full.
Cancellation policy
If cancellation notice is given:
- More than 12 weeks before arrival: 90% of the deposit paid back
- Between 12 and 4 weeks before arrival: No reimbursement of the 30% deposit
- Less than 4 weeks: No reimbursement of the total rent
Refundable deposit
We request a refundable deposit of €650, which should be paid 4 weeks before time of arrival(prefeable by check). This fully refundable deposit is made to ensure immediate payment for any smaller damages. The refundable deposit will be returned to the guest at latest 3 weeks after departure.
Bed linens and towels
Bed linen and towels are not provided. Rental of linen and towels can be facilitated at the price of Euro 20 per person per week.
Cleaning
In general, we expect you take good care of the house, garden and pool. Cleaning is mandatory and costs €150 to be paid with the deposit.
Animals
Animals are not admitted in the property.
Gas, water and electricity
The price is inclusive of a normal use of gas, water and electricity (8 kw per day), except from November 1st to April 1st. Excessive use of electricity will be taken note of and a bill sent for the excess.
Disclaimer
We expressly disclaim any liability or responsibility for injuries to persons present in or on the premises or damage to personal property belonging to the tenants. We explicitly draw your attention to the fact that the swimming pool can be dangerous for young children and that the security gate should be closed at all time.
