Our guests will be pleasantly surprised by breathtaking view over the Mediterranean Sea and the Esterel red rocks. Big terrace, ocean/mountains view, swimming pool facing the Mediterranean Sea is just a few advantages of this lovely French style villa.

his south orientated villa gives opportunity for our guests to get sunbath from sun rise till sun set. It is possible to enjoy wonderful view over the Mediterranean sea even swimming in an outdoor pool as it is ocean facing.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Var region

‘ Provence’ is a ‘rich’ and wonderful place to visit and many are already familiar with the rustic charm and allure, culture, food and language, historic villages, attractions and geography.

The Var region offers a ‘ little of everything and something for everyone! ’. It stretches from the 430 kms of magnificent sun-drenched coastline of the Mediterranean across impressive hinterland landscapes of olive groves, vine-yards, lavender fields and charming medieval villages up to the striking beauty of the mountains and gorges of the Haut Var. The Saint Raphael / Agay area

Anthéor is a high-class suburb of the city of Saint-Raphaël. This city is very large with only 35000 habitants, located half the way between Cannes and Saint-Tropez. Saint-Raphaël offers nearly 35 km of coast with 5 harbours, innumerable large and small beaches, TGV-train station, airport shuttle and regularly ferry to Cannes and Saint-Tropez. The access to the domain of Anthéor is only possible for residents with key code, which underlines his exclusive and calm nature. Anthéor is bordered on the south by the Mediterranean Sea ands north side by the Estérel-Mountains. You can reach Anthéor by the fabulous coast road 'Corniche d'Or' from Cannes or Saint-Raphaël.

. all kind of watersport, the most exciting is diving at Cap Dramont (5 km): living corals, rich fauna and flora, "The little town" of Jacques Cousteau;

4. Vineyards

South Rhone region, where the villa lies, is rich of vineyards where are produced such well known vines like Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Cotes-du-Rhone, Gigondas, Coteaux du Tricastin, Vacqueras and many others. Here you can take a trip to the vine castles, meet with makers of your favourite one, make a vine and the cheese of the region tasting. That will definitely stay in your memory as the one of the most exiting thing made in France.

5. Restaurants

Indisputably, one of modern France's greatest treasures is its rich cuisine. French cuisine is considered to be one of the world's most refined and elegant styles of cooking, and is renowned for both its classical and provincial styles. Many of the world's greatest chefs, such as Taillevent, La Varenne, Carême, Escoffier, or Bocuse were masters of French cuisine. Naturally there are many great restaurant famous not only by cuisine but also by spectacular atmosphere and special French style. Most of them lies just on the Mediterranean sea coast with a fantastic view to the blue like a sky water, palms and extraordinary French landscape.

Fashion - that's what France is famous for. Here in Cannes, Saint-Tropez and Monaco, streets are teeming with stores of the most famous designers, such as Dior, Channel, Rolex, Gucci and millions of others. Here you can find the most unique and unitary products as well as souvenirs of the province.

7. Night life

In such towns like Cannes, Monaco, St. Tropez and many others life is humming in fool speed also after midnight. Here you can find a big variety of entertainment like bars, discos, night clubs, casino and so on. Dance on the beach or glass of exotic drink in a cosy atmosphere - is just a matter of your chose. Also we recommend to rent a car at Nice airport and drive to the villa - the distance is approximately 65 km and it will take you about 1 hour 20 min to get to the villa.

Payment method:

Only rent price shall be paid by bank transfer. Extra costs and safety deposit (500 euro) shall be paid to the representative of the owner on arrival in cash. Safety deposit will be paid back after the owner checks the villa and reassure that there were no damages in the villa.

• “La Farrell” sends a lease certification. In relation with that, 25 % of the lease price becomes due (we expect You to pay the invoice within max 5 days);

• The rest of the lease price, according to “La Farrell's” duties towards the owner of the villa/castle/lodge, must be paid to “La Farrell” latest 6 weeks before arrival;

• In case the order is submitted later than 60 days before the start of the lease, the entire price must be paid immediately;

• In case the entire amount is not paid on time, “La Farrell” has a right without a warning to cancel the lease contract.
